Does what it's supposed to do
Sure, it feels a little cheap, but it is a cheap product. Met my expectations.

Does what it's supposed to
Works fine for intended purpose. Like any manual snake, it takes time and effort. I was expecting that the handle would be more substantial and ergonomic, considering 25 ft of snake line is slightly weighty. But it just a cheap, plastic, toy-like handle that feels like it could break easily. The device is difficult to hold because the handle is so small and thin. I'll need to modify the handle with pipe insulation and duct tape or something to increase the girth for a better grip. I'm a female with a small hand, so if you have large hands, get something that you can grasp more easily.

The best tool to unclog your bathroom sink (100+ dollars saved)
I must say that I didn't read the manual that came with it but went to Youtube to watch a plumber's demo. Yeah, I know, I was supposed to read it but I didn't. I am a visual learner. After watching the demo, I followed the plumber's instructions and it took me slightly under 4 minutes to unclog the drain and to get it to work better than ever before. 100 dollars or more saved on a plumbers call. Best money I ever spent on a tool I will definitively be keeping around.

Worked well
Had a tub that was not draining quite well, even after getting some hair out with one of those super-cheap plastic thingies. Got this, watched the company how-to video and one or two others and bada-bing, bada-boom, problem solved using the suggested technique. It wasn't all that much extra hair that was the problem, it was just unreachable with the cheaper, shorter products. Seems made well made enough for occasional homeowner use and I like the metal construction of the main housing.

Worked Like A Charm
I followed the directions from their youtube video and it worked great. I stuck it down the pipe and and then used my attached drill. It immediately started catching the clog. When it came out it was a nasty clump of hair and gunk. I cleaned it off and the drain immediately cleared. It's gross, no joke, the smell and the gunk. Make sure you wear gloves, eye protection, and an apron if you got one. It was pretty gross. Save me some money on a plumbers that's for sure. I highly recommend it for less than $25. This is the drain BOMB!

Can't argue with success.
I was able in 10 minutes to remove hair that had clogged a bathroom sink. In the past drain cleaner had worked . After three unsuccessful attempts , I tried this auger. I was going to use an electric drill but, felt that hand turning would give me better control.I was careful not to force it to avoid the remote chance of breaking or kinking. I am pleased with purchase and it was relatively easy to use.

Sturdy and well made
Drain auger is very sturdy and feels professional in my hands. Definitely better than the plastic ones, sold elsewhere. Good buy.
