Smooth, Non Oily and has a very pleasant relaxing smell!
I got this as a sample, it smells so good, has NO Mineral oil, ethyl alcohol or dyes. Made in Finland it is smooth and feels so good on my 70 year old skin. I put it on my neck and all over my face. A very refreshing non oily feel and smell. Can't wait to get more than just the sample I have been using. It's worth the try to order and use.
