JSD Intercooler for Ford 6.0L Aluminum Intercooler Compatible with Ford Excursion F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Can Be Painted

I replaced stock with this as a preventative measure. Full aluminum vs plastic and aluminum. The fit was perfect. Had trouble fitting boots (mishimoto) over inlet and outlet had to stretch the hell out of them. May be placebo but notice a tad better throttle response and and EGTs seem to be down 25-50 degrees. New one seems 0.25" thicker and well built/cast. By the way the seller is awesome! 1st part came damaged and they shipped a 2nd no questions asked!!

It arrived very quickly. After unboxing I was somewhat impressed with the overall quality. The welds seemed to done by someone who knows what they're doing. I didn't get a chance to look inside with my borescope so I can't speak to the condition of the heat exchanger tubes, i.e. pinched, jagged, or some combination. The cold air side was slightly misaligned which put the cold air tube to close to the radiator to install the boot. After pushing the cooler to the drivers side and wedging it in place until I could tighten the bolts I was able to slide the boot on. It seems to work just fine and I'm driving in 90-degree heat with no leaks. I'd have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to monkey with the discharge side.

Great product, thicker by 1/4", all aluminum, nice welds. Direct fit for my 2005 Excursion 6.0l. Only complaint I had was the opening on the passenger side, its bigger than the stock one, so we ended up using some liberal amounts of WD40 to get the boot on, but aside from that, great product this far works really well.

Awesome intercooler, boots are a pain to get on but worth the struggle.

Very good quality, bolts right up like factory. No modifications needed at all. I've seen cheaper prices, but for the quality I would definitely buy this one again!

Quality seems to be good. I used this in a 97 F-250 7.3 diesel to add an intercooler. I modified 99-03 intercooler pipes for the install. The intercooler works great. T-4 S364 SXE. Under hard acceleration I haven’t seen EGT temps above 1000 degrees.

There was no problems on setting it in place everything bolt up just fine. It took me about 15 minutes to to remove the old one and install the new one. I am pleased with the workmanship that they put into this product in the air that flows through it is a lot better than the factory intercooler

Exact fit for 2004 f250. I've been running it for a few weeks now with no problems.
