Creativity for Kids Make Your Own Lip Balm - Create 5 Fruity Lip Balms

This was purchased as a gift for my neice and it was her favorite gift! So much so she has asked for more.

Daughter loved for her birthday. Fun, creative activity to do with your child and have lots of fun! She is only 8 and it was super easy and final product was awesome! Great find!!!!

Purchased for a 10 year old. I got one of my nieces this and the other one who is 9 something different for Christmas, and the 9 year old was jealous and wanted this. They ended up sharing, should have purchased 2. :-)

My niece (8 yrs old) and I played with this when she slept over. It is very simple - just stirring the flavor tubes in with the wax, then transferring it into the containers. The wax is very thick/messy an edit only soft-sets, so it is gooey on your lips - and takes a good Dawn-soap scrub to get it off you hands. It took less than 5 minutes between opening the box and completing our 2 balms. In my opinion this is over-priced at $16 - that's over $3 per balm and only 10-15 minutes of activity. Consider reusing your existing balm containers and making a simple coconut oil and sugar scrub. All said - it was a fun activity to do together - and there was no discernible smell of the pure wax - any natural scent was masked by the flavors. My niece's take: "I wish it tasted like it smelled".

Got this for my niece for Christmas Cuz she is always asking for my chapstick or lip balms and I must confess I'm a lip balm hoarder I usually have at least 3 or 4 with me and keep buying more. That's because I seem to never be able to find them though I think I may now know. But I thought this would be fun for her to make her own but I think for being 6yrs old it was too complicated for her so I would say that it would be for an older child.

I bought this kit for my 8 year old daughter that is obsessed with lip gloss and chapstick. You don’t need to heat anything so the kiddos can mix these on their own with minimal supervision. The lipgloss wax is a really nice consistency and moisturizes very well. The scents are fun and it helped there was a guide on how to mix the scents to make other fun scents.

If you haven't tried this, you're missing out. I got this for my niece at Christmas. She just loved it. It was so easy for her to do all by herself.

Hard to wipe off of surfaces and stained fabric
