I had to watch a youtube video to get it set up correctly. You'll have to buy a few additional items to use it, pitcher, basin to catch water and red dye. The inner channel of the tubing tends to stick where the white clamps are shut so remember to finger roll the tube at those points to open the channel up so the water will flow. I am not able to get any flow stronger than a steady drip out of the hose and am not able to get any colored water into my tubes when I do a needle stick. I'm thinking those two factors are connected? but am still troubleshooting. For my short term purposes to allow supplemental practice in a phlebotomy class, it's probably worth the price point, so I'm not pissed. I knew from the reviews that people had issues with use and that it has a limited lifetime. The company even I apologizes for that ahead of time by discussing associated limitations at this price point. A good model costs $500 so that's the reality.

It’s incredibly easy to use but it does seem cheaply made. It looks like a rubber hand, no actual resemblance to a real arm. It gets the work done tho! It’s perfect for venepuncture practice, the skin does seem to be a little thinner than human skin but that makes sense. After about 20 sticks it’s starting to “bruise” you can clearly see the previous punction sites.

There are no supplies with these ones like the others on line, all of the instructions are in another language.

We bought this for my daughter that starts school to become a phlebotomist in August.I wish it said somewhere that it did not include the fake blood, tubes or extra needles.The delivery time was good.The product itself was good as well, just dont forget to purchase the extras.
