Easy Installation, Quick Delivery, Fool-Proof Product
I recently needed a reliable sump pump for an under-sink setup in my laundry room because my old one died. Actually my old one was the same model as this one but an old one like 30 years old - super crusted over, but it was working fine until I had an issues which made it run too often. On that note, definitely don't use this guy for constant pumping because this will just break on you as it's not designed for that. I was researching different models to buy, and I saw that this one is not recommended for use in sump pits. Something about a low level switch which makes it rapid cycle.Anyways, I looked around to try and get a different model since I tried this one already, but I went through a difficult time with other sump pumps. I got two different models and installed them but didn't work even when they were submerged in water. For this one, I installed it and immediately worked as normal. It’s compact and pretty hefty, which gave me confidence it could handle some wear and tear. Installing it was pretty straightforward, and the switch automatically kicked in when the water hit a certain level, so I don’t have to worry about constantly monitoring it.The pump moves water quickly, which was perfect for the occasional overflow we get from our laundry tray. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which I appreciated since the laundry room is near the living area. So far, it’s been a solid performer. My old one took a few decades to have rust issues so I think I'll be ok for a while. Overall, glad to have a replacement and glad to have this installed for my sump pump!

Solid Sump!
Same sump as was in my basement from 25+ years ago.Old pump failed and this fit as a direct replacement and has been working very well at keeping my basement dry.Glad to see a product that works so well has remained unchanged and continues to deliver great preformance. This new unit is quieter than my old unit, as well as keeps the water level in my sump lower, and never lets it get too full.

24 hours working around the clock so far so good
OK this is the replace what I had in place a smaller motor from my knowledge when I moved into this home 12 years ago that motor has worked fine however the pressure switch that lets the water know to turn on broke ended up flooding my basement however I think that was a really good sturdy product so that’s why I bought it again For the past 24 hours it has lasted around the clock pumping out water continuously every 15 minutes as it gets triggered you can’t adjust it not that I know of and you can’t manually turn it on. You have to wait for the floater internally to trigger it I am I am concerned about that not having that flexibility but I didn’t have that with the other one and it worked out for 12 years. Hopefully I get 12 years out of this one so for now , they got all positive review

BUYER BEWAREEE!!!!!
Terrible product. My original pump went out, mind you that was only 3.5 years old. I decided to replace it with the same exact model. I read the reviews and despite them being pretty bad and Amazon warning me about this item being frequently returned, I still took a chance on it. My original went out so I decided to swap it out before work. I came back later that day to find my crock full of water. The brand new pump failed, but thankfully the backup was operational. The pump would not turn on at all. I installed according to the instructions, including drilling a small hole in the discharge pipe. Check valve was good as well. I replaced it with a different brand off the shelf and that one is working just fine. In my opinion I should have gotten more than 3.5 years out of the first one as well. This is a pretty bad product. Not to mentioned the backup port to clean out incase of "airlock" is in a bad location. It's very difficult to get to to clean out with some compressed air.

Sump Pump
This is a replacement pump. It works well however, the diaphragm switch didn’t work initially until I tapped the side of the pump.

Works great
So far so good. Daily use for a month or two now. Time will tell, but I can say that I have had to replace the whole unit every 3-4 years. Unlike the original one I had that lasted well over 10 years. This is still a cheaper alternative and I would recommend
