Natural Hair Dye - Organic Henna & Indigo Hair Colour 200g

The product arrived on time, well packaged and everything I expected!

This product is amazing. I've been using It's Pure Henna for a while in the shade Dark Brown, but it wasn't really covering my greys anymore. After months of using root touch ups which leave my hair feeling greasy, and my pillows dirty. I found this product and it's amazing. I was cautious because I'm really sensitive to hair dye and reacted badly to a patch test to a ppd free hair dye. Also I was worried that my hair would turn green. So I did the necessary and I was fine. Admittedly I used the remainder of the It's Pure Dark Dark Brown henna first (you don't need to leave this one overnight) which i left in for 3 hours on clean,dry hair. I added a teaspoon of salt too. The used the Indigo dye, again with a teaspoon of salt and left it in for 50 minutes. The result? Perfectly covered dyed hair. Like the henna is doesn't dye my skin just the hair. It's not that messy, normal hair dye is messier.You do need a day to do this but it's worth it. I'm looking forward to having clean hair for once..Thank you for this product

Easy to use and easy to follow instructions. This was the first time I had every dyed my hair with henna, having been warned off it as messy and not long lasting.This couldn’t be further from the truth. It took a long time to prepare as I let the henna paste marinate for a day and then added the indigo.Applying it was as messy as a leave in conditioner, and better than any dye as it doesn’t instantly stain anything.Like a perm you get stronger results if you don’t wash your hair. I left it three days after rinsing before shampooing, but I would probably say if you do shampoo straight away you won’t get as much red and my hair has gone a kind of mahogany. Fun to play with since you can make so many colours and also I will say this is the softest and strongest my bleached hair has felt in a while so if you want to restore hair post bleach put away the box dye and try this instead…

Really nice organic product.. Smells ok. After using it for the first time it made my hair soft and shiny. I took half n half heena and indigo and left it on my hair for 2.5hours..Results could be better if mixed little bit more of indigo .Results :It covered my gray roots with a light brown shade, and overall enhanced my natural hair colour which is dark brown.

After years of dying my hair with shop bought chemical dye I began to have horrible allergic reactions from several patch tests from a variety of different brands all claiming to be free of one thing or the other that would be gentler on my skin. I really thought i would have to embrace my premature grey until i found this little baby ! I was dubious at first and knew it was going to be a phaff as I read the reviews but the result was amazing and no burning or sleepless nights. I Used Henna and Indigo and mixed the Henna the night before and covered it cling film to oxidise . Be prepared for the smell its not bad bad just different. Leave the Henna on for as long as you can , I went for 5 hours and rinse out. Your grey will turn a red colour and if like me you want to dye your hair black you mix up the Indigo pack and apply that on top. Again leave that on for as long as you can , I went for 2 hours . Don't worry about the colour changes , green , purple its just the natural dye doing its magic wash out and ta da finally you've got shiny black hair ! If you can cope with the smell try not to wash your hair for a couple of days as like any dye the more you wash it the colour will come out quicker and why would you want that considering all the effort you went to. I also believe this product last longer than chemical dyes .

It did colour my hair brown but so far that fit has broken off. Probably doesn’t go with my meds.

Covers grey very well. I mix the henna with ACV and water and use the henna first then mix the indigo with luke warm water to get jet black hair. i don't' like the scent of the earthy odour of indigo in my hair bit it dissipates after a day or two.
