What does "remove before flight mean" can someone please explain whats does it mean or what does it stand for?

In aircraft equipment that is installed while on the ground those items are marked with streamers and/or the language of, "Remove Before Flight" meaning you must be removed before any operations with that aircraft. Many pilots like the keychain because it's simply a fun item to hang your keys on.
