As someone getting into off-roading, having a air pump is a must after airing down and hitting the trails. After extensive research and reading Amazon reviews, we chose this one. It has worked flawlessly so far and I feel great about the build quality, especially since there is a warranty. When using, it does get a bit hot so don't touch the hose to the body while in use. Otherwise I expect this pump to bring us happiness after off-roading for years to come.

I’ve owned a twin head compressor and single head compressor (permanently mounted under bonnet) and in my opinion the Viair compressor performs better.The fact that the amp draw is a little less than its competitors is outstanding, no more struggling alternators, just fast inflation times, especially at night when all the spotlights are on and a 60 litre Engel fridge in the trunk. You don’t even have enough time for a beer, haha!The kit is complete and has a very useful carry bag that it comes with. It has enough space to carry other things, in my case, I carry a 12v battery jump pack which fits inside with ease.This compressor is the real deal without using a mains powered compressor

Works as it’s intended to and a perfect and simple set up for reinflating my tires after airing down on the trails. Only downside is the gauge isn’t as accurate as you’d hope but I just monitor the tire pressure reading on the tacoma hud screen. Great value for something so necessary. The bag it comes with is also a nice material and folds nicely without taking up much space. Highly recommend getting this if you’re an avid overlander/trail rider.

Price , it’s compact and it airs up the tires pretty fast . Only negative is that the pressure gauge reads a bit high

When I go off road I always Air Down tires. I visit 4x4 beach NC frequently. Also Hatters National Park ORV beaches. Quieter than my last compressor that died. It’s gos a good air hose and everything seems to be made with the expected level of quality.

This air compressor has never let me down. It's pretty fast, too. I'm often done airing up my tires before my friends. Dust and sand don't seem to impact it at all, and it doesn't take up much space.I will say that the front pocket for the hose is a tight fit - you have to tuck in the ends and jostle it a bit until it fits right and zips up.
