I bought these as party favors for a kids ninja party. They were perfect. Like others said, they do not light up. But they do make clanging sounds which my six year old and all his friends loved. The one he kept has held up five months now and the battery is still going strong. He also hits it on pretty much every kind of surface and it hasn't broken. I wish they were a little cheaper, but overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

They worked right out of the box! I did have to adjust the batteries on a couple of them after I pulled the tabs out, just opened the back and pushed the batteries in a little more securely before replacing the back. Otherwise, we had no issues and the boys have LOVED them. I would say these were the hit of my son's birthday party. Very good deal for the money!

You get what you pay for...They are a fabulous party favor, but in the 12 piece set, 2-3 of them didn't work (didn't make the fun sound when pressing the button)Kids loved them though! They are still playing with them (over a month after the party)

These were great favors for my 5-year-old’s Ninjago/Nexo Knight-themed birthday party! The kiddos LOVED these, even though all the parents agreed the noise is a little annoying.A week after the party, my little man is still playing with his, and a few parents have told me their little ones are still playing with theirs. A nice alternative to throwaway plastic favors!

I bought these swords as party favors for a Lego Ninjago birthday party. All of them worked right out of the box, just pull the tab from the battery compartment and you're all set. They are very light weight. They each make a "clash" sound that is a bit annoying but the kids love it. I tied a ribbon around the handle of each one with a thank you tag. Turned out great :)

These were a hit at my sons birthday party. At first I was worried some didn’t work on arrival like others said but then I just shook them around and messed with them a bit and they started working. I think maybe the batteries just don’t connect good when you pull the tab out sometimes. They are thick so not too pointy for kids. 👍🏻
