I've been looking for a plain looking LED motion sensor light to put in my porch. You'd think that would be easy but most of the lights that fitted the bill just seemed unrealistically expensive.This is probably the cheapest option that fits all my criteria. It's very light weight, a pressed steel base with a plastic diffuser. The silver surround on the diffuser does appear to be metal. I can't tell if it's stainless, aluminium or just pressed steel that's been coated. Either way it looks fine. The light is mounted with 3 screws which are included along with 3 wall plugs. As my porch has a boarded ceiling I used plasterboard fixings which I had handy. The electrical connection is a push-in type so you won't need a screwdriver for that part.Inside the fitting there is the LED array and the controller. The options you get are:Motion detection range: 9ft, 13-14ft, 18ft approx.Detection mode: Night mode (only work when it's getting dark) or day mode (works all the time).Light duration: 3 seconds (for testing), 45 seconds, 4 minutes.Standby modes: Dim - Can be set to stay at 30% brightness then increases to 100% once motion sensor is triggered. Dark - The light stays off until triggered.Yes, this is cheaply made but I still think it's a good product for the money considering it has a decent range of controls. I particularly like the Standby mode. Overall I give it 4 stars.

I bought two lights for a dark hallway. They worked well for four years then both failed within a month of one another. They glow dimly and slightly brighter when they detect you but fail to illuminate fully. I am disappointed at the working life being only 4 years as, before failure, they were fit and forget excellent.

This is very well made & designed light.It’s so well made and thought of, the quality is top class.... good control over the settings using micro dip switches, screw-less block connector for easy wiring.I use it in my porch & if you wanted to be picky about it.. the only thing I could say is the light will pick you up on the other side of the door... this doesn’t matter to me though.Personally I would give this 10/10 I am really happy with it 👍👍👍

Palsticky . The inlet hole for the supply cables is small. The connectors are not great quality but it works

Not the most modern or flashy looking but good function overall. The stand by low light option is good though wish it was slightly brighter when sey to this.

My light was shipped with a faulty motion sensor. The light itself is certainly bright and it’s certainly easy to fit. It does however feel very cheaply made. Poorly finished housing and plastic don’t feel reassuring but I cannot doubt it being effective. Sadly, with the motion sensor or the selectable modes not working on my unit, I can’t recommend this light.

You would like it’s presence in your house.

j'en ai acheté plusieurs sortes c'est de loin les meilleurs REGLAGE POSSIBLE ON NE VOIT PAS DE FILS EN TRANSPARENCE très simple à installer

A éviterPour le prix 30€La peinture saute juste en sortant le produit du carton.Lors de la mise en place les cosses de branchement ce sont de suite abîmé.Je ne conseille pas du tout ce produit.Il me semble qu il ne durera pas dans le temps.

Installé sous une marquise, il fait le job, s'allume quand on arrive presque en dessous, malgré les differents reglages de sensibilité du capteur rien ne change, je pensais qu'il detecterait la presence un peu plus loin que ca dans l'allée....le temps de luminosite lui a l'air de fonctionner....Assez facile a monter, mais vraiment tres léger, sans ne sent pas la grande qualité....Esperons qu'il fonctionnera longtemps !et bien non, voila 5 mois apres l'achat il est en panne et ne s'allume plus completement.....donc a eviter !
