These are lighter than most traditional water shoes. They still have a thick enough sole to protect their feet but also are light enough to swim easier. And the octopus is so cute.True to size. If you're on the fence size wise- bigger ones do still stay on but they also have a lot of stretch if they're a little too small.

We're returning for a refund tomorrow when I can print a label.They're not well made. After owning them for 2 weeks, I had to pull out the insoles and glue them back together. Tonight, I had to reattach the uppers above kiddos toes to the soles with gaffers tape so he can wear them one more day while replacements (not from this brand) are shipped.Don't buy these.

My daughter wore these at the beach last week. She liked not feeling all of the broken shells underfoot while boogie boarding. She wears a size 1 shoe and I bought the 13.5-1. It fit snugly, which I thought was better so it didn't wash away.

Beautiful shoes, but sizing is off. My kid is on his way to a size 6 so I purchased the 6.5 thinking they’ll fit but with a little bit of wiggle room. Nope! Too snug. I’m sure I’m a matter of days, they’ll be way too same for him.

Pretty good shoe. My toddler has wide feet and these are easy to slip-on. They stay on during water activities. I have purchased two pairs.
