Cheap, but garbage value
Snapped some pics, then straight in the garbage outside. They were gross, used, worn, included pet hairs, and the photo can't show you how smelly they are (chemical + foot stink!!)Linlus is betting, for this cheap price, at least some people won't hassle with complaining/returning.Good insoles have allowed me to live an active life vs. hobbling around with heel pain. Sadly, my go-to brand for decades has changed, so I've been looking around for the last few years as my dozens of old pairs finally wear out.At this price, I won't be bothered to return (so they at least won't ship this pair to yet another dupe). I do know what a puzzle and pain plantar faciitis can be, though, so I'll take the time to try and spare others from being fooled by cushy supportive-looking garbage.First, they sent me a returned, crumpled, cut-open bag, with a pair that had obviously been worn. This isn't some distribution center mix up. The big dumb boxt was sent from Linlis' own address., per the label. Horrible dga* quality control! As to how they feel and wear - maybe the previous owner can share why they returned after clearly giving them a good try. I can see that they have a thick cushion, so I understand some of the good reviews. They must feel good, at first, for some folks. However, for heel pain, cushion only gives temporary pain relief. You will just keep micro-tearing the pf connections at the heel without a very firm and properly shaped arch support. These have an arch hump that goes all the way from side to side, with not enough on inside, and way too much all the way out under fifth metatarsal. This is not an arch shape like Powerstep, SOLE, superfeet or RX/custom plantar fasciitis orthotics.I have been giving some off brands a try, as it seems like it should not be difficult to make an inexpensive arch-supporting insole, and my longtime fave, Powerstep, now has a design flaw with the very sharp edge of rigid layer cutting through at heel cup. The other two are OK, but basic and not cheap.Even with other cheap brands, these Linlus are the most dissapointing I've seen - and probably still would be, even if they were not pathetically shipping returns as new.For now, SOLE (not soft sole, btw) are the best I can find without spending hundreds on one pair of rx orthotics. They are a pretty consistent shape and rigidity, just different cushion levels and top/bottom layer materials. So, you can find previous "models" that are essentially the same as current. They aren't quite as high at the inside arch as I'd like, so I don't mold them down, and I actually add a little stick-on foam arch support under them, to give a little boost. Still, they work great, and are a great value for the type of support you need to allow heel spurs to slowly heal and prevent ongoing tearing. Really a great value compared to a few pairs of garbage like linlus.

Great for flat feet
Most insoles for flat feet simply smash down under your foot and provide no support at all. These have rigidity and actually supply support. The are comparable to Spenco but at a much cheaper price.

Actually worked
I've been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis for several months. I added these inserts to my running shoes, dress shoes, work shoes and slippers. I also started wearing a compression sock for Plantar Fasciitis. The Plantar Fasciitis is now mostly gone and I no longer bother with the compression sock. I knew curing this with shoe inserts was a long shot but it seems to have worked for me. I am also quite happy with the quality and how these inserts seem to fit perfectly in my shoes without trimming, I've tried several other brands and they are mostly junk even tough they may look nice in the package or are more expensive. The others that were decent quality did not do the trick or provide arch support like these do

Not an alternative to Powersteps
I usually wear Powersteps. I bought these to try due to price and reviews. It has been a failed experiment. Day 1 of wearing them was a good day. Day 2 I had to walk more than I had walked on Day 1 and I was in terrible pain. These are not good for plantar fasciitis. I could barely walk at the end of my 2nd day of work. Perhaps someone who only works an 8 hour day will have greater success with this product. I work 13+ hours a day and spend much of it on my feet.

Work well!
These inserts are superior to the store bought versions. I have custom orthotics that cost $$$. I get tired of switching them between shoes so I was looking for some I can put in my other shoes that I don’t wear all the time and winter boots etc. I have tried numerous inserts and these are the best I’ve found.

Great for flat feet.
I'm very flat footed. Always had a problem getting shoes to fit and have started getting Asics tennis shoes with Duomax to help offset the flatness of my feet. Tried many inserts without help. These inserts feel great. I can feel the support and they offset the flatness of my feet. Wish I had these sooner. Would recommend them to anyone with flat feet trying to get some extra support to create the arch their foot doesn't have.

Comfortable fit in shoes
I purchased these for my son. He wears a size 14 shoe & a big guy. He has plantar fasciitis and stands on his feet all day at work. He purchases these which are more expensive from his orthopedic doctor normally. But I decided to try these which were less expensive with great reviews. He wore them and said that he didn't even know they were in his shoes. So, I am happy with the purchase!! I will definitely purchase again!

Is was doubtful at first but man are they comfy!
Had to trim like 1-2 mm off the toes. It was super uncomfortable until I took out the original soles out of the shoe. I've always left them in (maybe that's not what you are supposed to do...)Been wearing them for about a week and they are comfortable. I have high arches and these have a very stiff core with a good amount of squish on top.
