For the gals with small heads looking for a hat that fits, this one works. I'm a 29 y/o female and often shop in the kid's section. I got a 56 and could probably have even gone with one size down. Nice material, doesn't feel cheap for the price. Worth it for a costume or if you want to feel dapper every now and then.

Very nice hat, just what I wanted for my grandson, but didn't fit at all. I ordered size 2-3T which is supposed to be 52 cm. The hat I received was labeled 52 cm, but the actual measurement was 48 cm, which is two sizes too small. Since many reviews say this is true to fit, I suspect mine may have just been mislabeled, so quality control may be lacking. I'm returning and ordering another 2-3T, since that's the size I want, and will update this review if I get the right size.Update: No joy. Replacement cap is exactly the same size. Not just a little small - 2 FULL SIZES small. I wish I had read more 1 and 2-star reviews, which are quite clear about this. Ridiculous that this product is listed as True to Size.

I love this hat.... but I had to return the first one for a bigger size. Even though I measured my son's head (I'm a pediatric nurse... measuring heads is like a specialty for me. LOL), the hat was a tiny bit smaller than expected... so I ordered 2 sizes up.... hoping to get another year out of it... it fits just fine, now... and he looks so handsome. :)

I bought this for my son for his chimney sweep costume, I measured his head which was a smidge over 52 cm so I ordered a 54cm. It was too small. I am ordering the 56cm (the largest size) and I'm hoping for the best. I will update when it arrives.

Wasn’t sure in sizing but the hat is of great quality and looks adorable on my 2 yr old son. He will also be able to wear this fit at least another year or two. I ordered the 52cm

I have never owned one of these style of caps. Just wanted to try one out. My wife likes the way it looks on me. I have a small head to I bought the kids size cap. It looks well made, feels good so I'm going to wear it and enjoy it.

I bought this hat in 52 cm size for my 3 1/2 year old and my 1 1/2 year old. They wore it as part of their 'photographer' costume. It fit my older son perfectly. It was a drop large on my younger one, i should've sized down. He was still able to wear it though. These seem to be great quailty and stay on the head really secure. They also must be pretty comfortable as my son kept it on all day. Overall very pleased with this product!

Adorable on my 11 month old grandson! Very good quality. He actually left it on for a while so it must have been fairly comfortable.

Its a bit large now, but will be good next months, looks good
