Polyester balls are the first step in bowling sports. The surface of the ball produces minimal friction on the track and thus ensures a straight ball run. The ball is undrilled and must be adjusted to the player's hand in a bowling pro shop. The colours may vary slightly from the product image. EMAX tip: When buying your first bowling ball, you are usually overquestioned when choosing the right weight. Basically applies to bowling balls: the heavier, the better. More weight generates a stronger impact force in the pins and also contributes to a more constant play - because the gravity of the ball can work more easily. Many opt for their first ball to be too light due to lack of advice. An often helpful rule of thumb says: the right weight for your own ball is 1-2 pounds (lbs) heavier than the weight that you use in boring balls. This rule does not always apply completely, but is at least a guide. However, it only applies to balls that are individually adapted to the player's hand. Because thanks to an adjusted bore, the weight of the ball automatically looks a little easier. Men should not normally choose under 14 pounds. Weights under 10 lbs should only be selected in exceptional cases (e.g. for children). For adults, we advise against weights below 10 lbs, as even in children, the durability of these light weights is limited. An adult player usually does not hold such weights for a long time.
