I am a medical provider at Urgent Care and use an otoscope daily. The image with this Jiusion WiFi USB Digital Otoscope Endoscope is entirely blurry. I cannot tell if I'm looking in an ear at a cardboard box. It is also very, very difficult to set up. I also tried it with my laptop, hoping for a better image. Nope. It looked even worse. Plus, it doesn't have an attachment for my Android Motorola phone (so I had to try it on my husband's phone), poor picture all around. Don't waste your money on this.

I cant rate it because i can't use it. I cant find the program file online because all of them have viruses and it came with no download or disk. Cant use disk anyways cause laptop doesn't have a drive. I downloaded the thing for my phone but doesnt see the device.

This product is interesting. I thought I would be able to see a lot further in my ear than what I did. You can see the entrance of the war perfectly but once you really try to see inside you can’t see much, even if the brightness is turned all the way up. But be warned the light makes the camera hot. Sticking that in your ear is pretty uncomfortable.

Poor quality. Can’t see in ear. Camera is blurry no matter how you change the settings. Can’t see in ear like it advertises.

It took me a minute to determine how to hook this up with my cell phone but after I did it's been very easy to use.

I love this! It helps me see my kids ears when they are telling me they are hurting. My son has tubes in his ears and I love being able to use it to check on him tubes.

La imagen es buena, aunque esperaba mucha más resolución. Es un poco complejo usarlo con el celular, ya uq ehay que bajar una aplicación especial, pero una vez hecho, funciona casi como plug and play. Hay que aprender a usarlo y no lastimar el oído. Pero en general, creo que es una herramienta muy util sobre todo para aquellos con hijos pequeños que se meten cosas por la nariz y oído. Además, muy util para estar monitoreando inflamación, objetos, o insectos dentro del oído.Muy buena compra para el precio.

Aunque tuve algunos problemas al principio fueron resueltos, gracias por la atención, es de gran utilidad, tengo otros equipos de otra marca, y el foco de la cámara es de unos 10 cm, este es menor, como de 2 a 3 cm, y esto permite enfocar muy bien objetos cercanos y principalmente lo que hay alrededor del orificio auditivo, lo recomiendo, para mi gusto podría tener mejor resolución, pero por el precio es excelente, recomendable.

Due to COVID-19, shipping was unfortunately a little slower than I had anticipated and longer than I would had preferred.Protected in a small hard zippered case, it was jam packed with all you would need; the otoscope and a mini portable battery, an assortment of attachment heads, a USB corn and little extender, etc... The Otoscope is equipped with a dimmable LED light and.Don't expect 4K from this itty bitty petite-ty.

I can’t even tell you how impressed I am with this product. Bought it for ongoing ear issues and i recommend it. It is easy to use, has great picture quality for the price and is well made. Had a question about the set up when I first received it and got excellent customer service response within the hour.Update: well it looks like my review was short-lived. After using it several times it literally fell apart. Lens came off and the handle is now detaching from the camera. Unsafe to use anymore. I guess you get what you pay for.Update#2Seller contacted me and sending a new unit.I will say their customer service is exceptional.

La primera vez que lo utilicé enfocó moderadamente bien la imagen, la segunda vez ya no enfocó nada, y eso fue probándolo en mi domicilio, soy médico y me dedico a hacer lavados óticos si este aparato no me hubiese funcionado durante la consulta hubiese sido terrible para mi práctica, no lo recomiendo aparte de que existen otros a mejor precio y con mejor calidad.
