Good for creme brulee and flan!
I bought these tin cups to make creme brulee and flan. It was more than I needed so I just saved what I didn't use. Some of the tops didn't fit well and wouldn't pop on very smoothly. I had to coax it. I took off 1 star for this plus the fact that I didn't like the packaging. The tops and tins came in a plastic sleeve which didn't store well. It would've been better in a box. Other than that, good quality and did what I needed it to do!

Cups was good but Lids was a nightmare
Cups was good but Lids was a nightmare. I used this to make "flans" the cups works good for what o need them but then, at the time to put the lids on it was so difficult and frustrating. First it was really difficult to separate the lids. I had to used a knife to help myself. Then they didn't fit the cups properly. Just few of them click without problems but most of it needed to bend the bowls a little to make it work. I waste way to much time just to put the lids on. If they improve the lids I can recommend the bowls

Not as good as they appeared!!
When I first saw these and purchased them, I was estatic to have found the perfect size baking cup for cake samples for my business. Separately they are a 5-star item. The pan is sturdy and the lids are perfect; however, somewhere in the baking, the lids DO NOT fit on the pan without manipulating and forcing. Once you've done this, the side and top of the pan is bent, thus the lid will not properly close. I tried them out when I first purchased them, and after frustration, I put them aside. Pulled them out a week ago to see if perhaps a magical genie changed something and I'd be able to use them, well that didn't happen.So, if the lid fit perfectly (only 1 out of 5 snapped on for me) then I'd easily rate this a 5-star item, but I just can't get there. Sorry!
