They packaged nicely. All Diyas are in good shape, no damage. Very colorful.
They silicates just in time for my event. They are very small in size. One must have to read the specifications carefully. I ordered mutki diyas.

Arrived broken
These arrived broken. They are also very small. It wasn't properly packaged. They are clay, so the box should say fragile handle with care.Won't buy again. I was able to get a refund though.

Was recommended this brand Shopped here 1st time but BAD EXPERIENCE
I just opened my packaged to this. It’s my ever 1st time shopping with this brand no wonder I liked the handcraftship of the product but unfortunately, their packaging is just not at all worth the money you're investing into.I now regret choosing this brand over the other 2 brands that were offering the same product/ article type at the same prices. But just that I was recommended this brand so thought to go with this.Paid like $16(tax inclusive) for 10 counts of Diyas out of which 2 are very badly broken.Thanking lord that earlier I had more stuff in my cart with this brand but with this type of experience, I'm glad I didn't shop more stuff.Just hoping for TIED RIBBONS for better off their customer's satisfaction with more better packaging that would lower the chances of hampering the products shipped to the customers. Now, ill have to order some other diyas this last moment.

Sent loose diyas and so many of them were totally broken and many were sent in different sizes.Very very dissappointed with this product.
