I've studied guided meditation and have my certification in medical and dental hypnotherapy. In my opinion, Roger Woolger and Denise Linn are my absolute favorite teachers. I've undergone guided meditations and hypnosis by many of the most famous teachers out there and Roger Woolger and Denise Linn cannot be beat.I was devastated when Roger Woolger passed away because he was such an amazing teacher. If you're looking for someone to guide you through information and meditations about past lives, go with both Roger Woolger and Denise Linn. I think this exposition of the work of Dr. Roger Woolger, PhD is a fantastic experiential introduction to past life therapy in general, but also to the specific Woolger manifestation of Jungian based past life work that doesn't formally use hypnosis.I think this CD set might work help one to either or both motivate one to finally pursue a therapeutic relationship and perhaps reduce the needed length once entered into.It also might work well enough so one can provide oneself with their own therapy and forgo an external counselor.
