Product is used/refurbished

Nowhere in the description or details does this item listing say anything about this being used or refurbished. I received this laptop on 11/1/2018 and booted it for the first time, and went to dell support to download drivers, and it says my warranty start date was 2/20/2018 and will expire in February of 2019.Buyer beware, these are used, and don't even have one year warranty from dell.
