I was looking to get another grinder that was the same as the Chromium Crusher I enjoy so much. I found this one, and at first I thought it was pretty good, it matched the same shape and design as my grinder, and it had a personalized engraving (which I will admit is a pretty good touch). The problem though is the amount of effort that goes into customer satisfaction. You'll hear other reviewers complain about metal chips, and it's true, so be careful. Mine personally had stains on the inner chamber. I was going to overlook the issues with a return, but it's been over a month now, and when I contact them I get short, vague responses. It's like they're ignoring me on purpose, or they have a robot answering emails. If they used a higher quality metal and better craftsmanship, this would be a 5 star product for sure, but there are major flaws with both the product and the seller.

I find this grinder very weighty compared to others I have used. It is large at 2", most you find in the stores are 1 1/2". I think they're a little small for my hands so I like the bigger ones like this. Only problem I found was a single tooth bent over and hit the others when twisting. Was lucky and was able to bend it back over and works fine now, but I would have sent back otherwise. For the price you won't find a much better deal, then add the customization is an even bigger bonus. Like others have said, the workmanship could be a little better when compared to other grinders but it's a not issue with me. I got a message on it, it grinds, I am happy, more than I was looking for originally.

I expected a run of the mill grinder/pollen box combo, thinking the engraving was the only special part. Well, there's a bunch of small design choices that make this grinder a-lot more effective than most.It will not decimate your herb into powder, it gives you the perfect grind for whatever you're using your herb with. Larger holes allow for the herb to fall into the screened section before becoming too small.The screen that catches the ground herb is much better than any I've seen to date, smaller chunks of herb that would not be ideal for other ways of consumption will fall through so you have a better leftover of pollen than with other grinders.The magnet that keep the top lid secured is raised just a little bit in the center, is smooth and doesn't have notches that others grinders have which get gunked up and difficult to clean.It's as if the person who designed this grinder has actually used them before and knew what they were doing.10/10 will recommend to all my friends.

This item is much more heavy duty than I expected. The holes inside are a little larger than I normally like, but if you use it upside down while grinding, it works perfectly. The customization came out perfectly. It's lovely and shiny. Looks way more expensive than it was.

Ok This grinder is wayyy nicer than expected! Hands down this has to be one of the best grinders I own! Great quality! Love the weight! Gotta get another one, just cause. LOVE IT! Oh and the engraving ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!

Very very heavy and not easy on the hands...Large size is huge....

This looks cool, but it's basically just a copy of a real one.Yes it will crush herb, but the middle section that catches the crushed herb is not deep enough.The kief screen isn't tight enough so you get way too much plant matter in the kief catcher.It's loud as hell. Turning and unscrewing the layers made a ton of sound. Don't need that.

It’s beautiful and the magnet is fun to play with. The scoop is plastic but I don’t think that will bother me. My wedding cake hit twice as strong than just stuffing the nug in the pipe.
