There are several products available in the market for automatic water tank level controller. But this one is unique and highly recommened even though it is priced much higher. The product works as described and I am pleased with it. It has a low water level auto start (marked as half tank), high water level auto stop, low flow auto stop, timer controlled auto start features. Of course by putting on manual, the above automatic features can be bypassed and it can work just with the on off button. This particular is unique because it has a timer control too in addition to the automatic controls. It will enable the user to start the pump at preset times on the timer automatically. The pump will then stop when the tank becomes full. It is important to note that only the timer on interval is considered by the device. The timer off interval is ignored (at least in the Auto mode). I do not know how the timer functions in the manual mode...or if it is bypassed on manual. The other unique feature is that all necessary plumbing, some electrical wiring related items needed for installation is included. It helps that 135 feet of four core control cable is also included. This is very very useful and important aspect that helped me select this product because I did not have the hassle of deciding which cable had to be bought separately. The seller Mr Surinder Kumar is always available on his mobile to answer questions regarding the product. A few warnings though. There is insufficient details regarding installation...how exactly to fit the water level sensors and the flow sensors etc. This could have very easily been included as part of the package. It is upto the buyer to contact the seller to get this information. Also this product is being touted as a DIY one...but depending on the installation site, it isnt exactly that easy. I had to call in an electrician to do the wiring as I wanted the product to be wired in series to my existing switch for the pump so that my switch will be the master on off switch. Now after installation the switch is always in ON position and the controlling is done by this device. Another practical problem I faced was that the flow controller is a C-PVC fitting and my inlet pipe in the overhead tank is a U-PVC fitting. With the supplied plumbing fittings, it is impossible to fix it to the inlet as these 2 are quite different. I had to get some reducers, MTA, FTA etc and with a hotch potch combination of different fittings I managed to fix the flow controller to the inlet. So if you have U-PVC inlet pipe please check it out and be prepared before the day of installation. Finally, I would happily recommend this product. There is a 12 month warranty on this and I will update this review if the item fails.

Wires provided are of very cheap quality and are of aluminium(instead of copper) . Sensor wires very thin are very prone to get damaged easily. Cheaper products of much better quality are available in market. But most important wires should be at least of copper which are more durable.

I have been using this product for about a month now, it is running like, it is not there at all. Just install it and forget it, it will do all the job silently without making anyone to worry. Initially I got the product which was not working as expected, but seller provided excellent response and sent a replacement with in 1 DAY. I was delighted to see that replacement product was fully working as expected. Build quality of the product is very nice. It has 8 ON and 8 OFF timers which can on/off the motor automatically, including dry run protection. I was actually surprized to see the package contents, it is the most complete package I have ever seen, just buy this one and one will not need anything else to install it. Seller has drafted the package without leaving any scope of extra items. However I have a suggestion to make it even better 1) Float type switches are too light and they tend to float to the water surface instead of being inside (specially the one which is installed in half tank height)... give some kind of weight to this, so that it remains there. I tied up a normal stone, which works perfect. 2) It would have been great if we can have 2-3 more sensors to have better sense of actual water level in the tank. Great product! Works like a charm... i am very happy with the product for now. Although takes a while to get along but dats also not a problem, the manufacturer is very prompt to give support on any doubts whatsoever may it be regarding installation or working, etc. It's been a month now since I got dis product installed. . . now taking care of water management is days of the past... It's an install and forget device... So far no tension for 2yrs as it's under warranty.. I just hope works well for lifetime and if not the manufacturer provides a repair or spares at a genuine price so dat i dont have to switch over to another product made by another company... Lol... in future i wish to see a more updated and impressive design at a cheaper price! Thanks for reading babye :)

The Device is best suited for domestic requirement. It functions at its best.Most important is its support service it bolsters confidence of consumer to increase his share of on line buying. I had a wonderful experience of back up support. It was truly virtual, faceless, voice less back up support on whats app. It was truly customer oriented, whenever i needed it was available. few suggestions prior to buying it. Better share your needs regarding tanks, sump, water supply etc in advance, also share your starter snaps in advance to get correct advice during installation. It can be done during installation also. Be careful about using the sensors while installing it as they are specific for each position. Here would like to suggest Watro if they can standardise the wire colours for each sensor and mention the same in installation guide. Watro can improve its Installation guide by adding details about sensor wire colours specific to each position, also provide some snaps of various types of DOL starters so customer can identify his starter with either of it and can help him during installation. Overall I had a really highly satisfactory experience with the product and services and its highly recommended product.

After few days level sensor misbehaving. Often it shows tank full wrongly. Not worth paying so much amount.
