Recieved book sery fast and it was in mint condition. I have only read the first two chapters, and while those were very interesting I can not extrapolate that to the whole.

Several typos in this book with questions - some questions are not worded clearly either. Nevertheless, it is a good starting point for operations mgmt. Good summaries of conventional theories.

Excellent study book!

Really enjoyed this book as it was easy to understand with excellent Excel examples. Have to take a star off for the poor quality of the book itself however as every corner of the cover split despite me taking very good care of it.

Excellent book. The formulas are used commonly in the field when planning the waiting time in shopping lines, and overall operations. I'm using it for my master's degree and have to say this is the best book yet.

While I cannot say anything about the text as it arrived yesterday for a class that has just begun, I find it disturbing that damaged books are being sent out at all. Going to watch the return process closely to make sure that we are not blamed for any existing damage to this text, which we will be sure to document throroughly.

I needed this for school, great read and I learned a lot.
