Award winning bra that was specifically designed to counteract the figure of eight movement your breasts make when running. A sports bra engineered specially for runners to provide ultimate support without wires and friction-free comfort.

A great bra for bigger boobs
I have been an avid fan of enell bras for 10+ years but decided to look for an alternative as the front closing section is a bit restricting on the breathing when running plus where the metal clasps are I have had red snoreness and bleeding from the rubbing. So I took the plunge and decided to order this bra after reading some of the reviews. First of all about the sizing. I would normally wear a 34DD/34E and after reading some reviews I decided to go up to a 36D. This worked out ok but I do wear the bra on the tighest fastening so I suspect that my usual size 34 would work equally as well in this model. Bounce, well if you have big boobs I think it is impossible to eliminate all bounce, it just isn't going to happen. But I was pleasantly surprised at the support and comfort of this bra. I use it for running, gym workouts and it feels really really comfortable. Some people seem to have had issues with putting the bra on. It seems pretty straightforward to put on, simply close the clasp at the top back of the straps first and once on adjust the cups and do up the bottom clasp like you would a normal bra. No problem at all. I like the choice of colours and it gives you a nice rounded shape rather than the flat pancake shape the enell gives you. Whilst it is a pretty bra I wouldn't wear this without a t-shirt, a personal preference. I would definitely buy this bra again and recommend it as a go to bra for running and gym workouts.

my 1st training bra and very happy with it
I've been looking for sports bras for so long but never finding any that would feel right.I'd got reluctant on getting this since this item has many mixed reviews and its not a cheap item at all (it actually cost me more than my trainers). When arrived and at the first look I was distress, for the material was very thin and malleable and I immediately thought it would feel like a swim suit (clingy and non supportive) but thankfully I was wrong. I got it on and it felt fine, it gives excellent support and I didn't really quite expect it to be so fit. The upper clasp was a bit of a struggle at first but soon you get used to doing it behind your neck without thinking too much (see if you can put your hands behind your head and touch the point below the neck almost between the shoulder blades, if you can, then it will be fine). It does look good after you put in on(I browsed many pieces that simply were off-putting just by the look of them) and the material feels very good on the skin, no rough edges around the seams.Since my size is quite the average, I really don't get any problems with the straps coming off or undone, since i really don't carry that extra volume/tension on my chest than a bigger sized chest would, I realized that many of the bad reviews i read came from people that have small backsize and a large cupsize. The only thing that bothered me about this bra, was that after wearing for half a day it made my upper back area (cervix/neck/shoulders) very tense and sore but I guess its because of the upper clasp which is novelty for my back. Also the bra sizing was strange to me. And this was my main struggle with buying the item. So be sure you know your true size!So after a lot of measuring I finally got my SA size 36C (but after arrival and putting it on, I've been pointed that I looked squeezed into it and perhaps I should have gone with a 36D. -I don't feel that AT ALL - but I suppose if I had a way to try them on before buying I would have tried a larger size to be safe - but in normal bra sizes I'm usually a 38B, so what is going on with these sizes? I'm very comfortable with this bra, but in the back of my mind i'm still thinking that my bra size might be wrong.)

Good sports bra
I bought this bra both for running and for aerobics. When running it's perfect, but during aerobics the upper fastener always becomes undone, which is irritating as the lower fastener only is not enough to keep the bra snugly in place. On the other hand, though, it is a bra for running, not for aerobics. Some of the other reviewers mention that it's difficult to do up the upper fastener. Me too I had to ask my husband for help at the beginning, but I quickly became used to fastening it and now it's not a problem any more. The size I bought is larger than my usual one: I wear 30DD, and I had to buy this bra in 32D as I could hardly fasten the 30DD around the chest (I tried it on in a shop) and I had great difficulty breathing. This one is tight around the chest too, but not too tight, just fine, doesn't bother me at all.Generally it's a good sports bra, it gives great support and nice shape. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I haven't used it long enough for that (several times during running and several times during aerobics). If everything turns out to be as fine as it is now, I think I'll buy another Shock Absorber, but this time some other model, only for aerobics and other possible sports that require more movements of the hands and upper body.

Comfortable and effective!
Searching for a comfortable sports bra that works has been an absolute nightmare. I'm normally a 34DD (verging on E) so usually when I look in shops they either don't have my size or only have "medium" impact, which isn't any good. I finally decided to try online after trawling all the local shops, worried I'd order several bras and none would fit. I did previously order another Shock Absorber bra (different to this one) but the sizing wasn't the same as 'normal' bras, so I decided to go up a band size and ordered a 36DD in this make. I'm so happy I've finally managed to find a comfortable bra that works. Its comfortable and snug without restricting breathing or making me bulge in the wrong places. Movement is at a minimum and nothing hurts, even after jumping repeatedly up and down. The straps look a bit strange but I just did the top clasp up first then pulled it over my head and then did it up from there. No problem really, just takes an extra minute to get it on. Really chuffed with this product and would definitely recommend! Just be careful with sizing. Would suggest going up a band size as they tend to run a bit small.

Sizing is way too small.
Sizing is way off. Go bigger.

Great Bra for Distance Running
This is the only bra I will wear for distance running. Great for larger chested women, particularly DD and up. No chafing and comfortable. Size up in the band size, runs a little small.

Definitely buy a size bigger.
Definitely buy a size bigger. Otherwise it is a really great bra especially for someone with larger breasts who want the extra support for aerobic type exercise. I am not moving at all! lolOnly wish I had ordered a size larger.
