Double Strength Cissus Quadrangularis 1000mg x 180 Veggie Capsules -Up to 6 Months Supply

Very good. I've tried many of cissus suplements and after this one I really don't have almost persistent back pain again. Big relief. The pain is absolutely minor. Recommend it with a good heart and I will buy it again.

First, I take a lot of supplements. Nearly all of them are unhelpful, and I don't purchase again after finishing the bottle. I had taken cissus quandrangularis before-- another brand, a somewhat lower concentration (and less expensive as a result). That other brand initially seemed to help with my issue (I am in mid-50s, and was having occasional pain in one knee), but, after about halfway through the bottle (and I was doubling the dosage by then), it seemed to stop helping. In any case, I sprang for these on a lark, thinking I'd give cissus quandrangularis one last try before relegating ticking it off the list. BUT THESE REALLY WORK! Shocked me. I noticed a difference after only a few days, and now-- about a month in-- I've only had a very brief return of pain on one or two occasions, lasting less than a minute (so, a fleeting flash of pain going upstairs, once or twice). Now, I've not been walking as much as usual due to being under lockdown in the UK (I manage a mile or so every other day), but the difference is still noticeable in my day-to-day life. But I am still taking only one tablet each morning, and it seems to be working, so I will definitely be purchasing these again. Not inexpensive, but they actually work for me, and I'm delighted!

I used to use the UPS brand but this one is just as good at a fraction of the price. 5 caps daily and my joints don't hurt anymore in the morning or after gruelling 60km on the bike! You have to be religious and take it daily, it works!!!!

I got this because as I have gotten older I am focusing on maintaining my bone health. I also like to try and keep my metabolism healthy to avoid fat build up. That's why I think Cissus Quadrangularis may be the best addition I have added to my stack in a long time. I was trying another supplement for stronger bones and increased metabolism and was not getting any results so I am super excited to see how this one does. I am impressed that this brand claims 50% Ketosterones and 1/2 of that at 25% being 3- ketosterone according to the back of the label. Most brands from what I have seen are at 40% Ketosterones and 20% 3-ketosterone respectively. Now I never give an supplement 5 stars unless it is third party 'Lab' tested and tested in the US/UK or Canada or a Country with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. This brand does state extensive testing which is encouraging and even state third party testing too. I really like they used the extract form of the Cissus Quadrangularis as that is usually the most potent part. Perhaps that is how they achieved 50% Ketosterones. I also like with this brand it is only 1 capsule for stated dosage. These are real easy to take and I have had no sides with these. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.
