Great harness.
It's really kinda genius how they put this together. The foam is really nice and gentle when she pulls. It will kinda give her a squeeze if she pulls too hard. I wish the clasps we're metal, they are plastic and will most likely break. I love how easy it is to put it on, we've struggled with the ones that goes over her head. It's nice because I can take it off when we come in side and not be afraid of getting back on her. The size was perfect, I was afraid it would be too small but it adjust just right. It won't last foreve, but I'm definitely buying it again.

Need 1/2 sizes
My dog is right in between a small/medium. The small is too tight adjusted at the biggest. The medium is too big adjusted at the smallest. I returned it but had to re-order after trying the small. They need an in between size. Other than that, its a great harness.

Will not handle carabiners or certain leash hooks
On the left is a carabiner which came with my Kurgo booster seat. On the right is a leash which is connected to my mobility scooter. My dog is only eight pounds, so I purchased the small Gooby which fit like a charm. It was SO much easier to put on; the traditional harness (which goes over the head) was proving difficult to take off as my dog has a slender neck and a larger head. We struck out on both the car seat carabiner and the leash hook; both are way too large for the tiny plastic “D” hooks which go on the dog’s back… The company was very responsive to my issue and said they’d look into solving this problem.

Does the trick.
I have a little one who likes to wiggle out of her harness for a free run around the neighborhood. Therefore, I spent the extra money on this more expensive harness because I'm too old to chase her. So far it's working. She's tried to backup to pull out of it, but the harness just tightens around her, giving me time to calm her. UPDATE now that I've had the harness for a while: I still like this harness, but my little Houdini has managed to wiggle out of it a couple of times now. It's because the harness is a little lose around her neck, and I can't tighten it any more. (I had to get a medium because she has a big barrel chest but this little neck.) She has to work more to get out, but it is possible to escape. I'm going to sew some alterations to the harness straps by hand to see if I can make it more secure around her neck.

Finally found what I wanted, may downsize
Tried so many harnesses looking for one that wasn't too high on the neck and gave him plenty of room in the shoulders. This one does the trick, though I might buy another one in a smaller size. I went with a large for my 14 lb Bichon-poodle and I have to cinch it to the smallest it can go. Still works, but I'm going to try a medium, too. My only complaint is that I wish the leash loops were metal instead of plastic. I don't have a lot of confidence in them holding up for a long time. The shape of the harness is perfect though, supports him low across the chest and isn't anywhere near his neck. Even when he pulls, there's no wheezing (like I've had with others). It's probably escapable if not sized just right, but my dog isn't the backup kind, so we're ok.

Great for small dogs with collapsing trachea issues, but definitely not escape proof.
This was a great option for our 6lb Yorkie with collapsing trachea issues, but it is very easy for her to slip out or via the neck and her feet come out of the sides: even on the shortest arm length. I wish they had made this with more options for shortening. I use it, but I never leave it for pet sitters, etc. to use, for fear she will come out of it.

Best harness so far
I have a small Pug that is an escape artist. She backs out of every harness I've ever put on her. Not this one though. It works great and so far no backing out of it. I thought it was over priced but if this harness actually continues to work for her, it was worth every penny. We got a medium and it fits great. I was worried it would be too big. She has a wide chest but a small head. I fit perfect with some strap adjusting. I recommend this one for small furry Houdini's.

Love this harness!
Great harness for my 8lb. Havanese! This is our second one because she chewed through the first when she was just a pup (our fault because it was a little too big on her then). Highly recommend!

No escapes yet!
Works well, my dog can reverse out of all harnesses except for this one. I would rate 5 stars, but it does pull a little on his fur. It's not a harness he can wear for long. I also wish the plastic parts were a bit sturdier. It is awkward to get on and to keep unclipping from the lead, but I still find myself using it more than his Ruffwear front range harness.I would recommend for houdini dogs, just not really long haired dogs.

Good fit and didn't escape
This harness fitted our smallish crossbreed and she didn't mind wearing it. She couldn't escape from it because it tightens around her body. Seems good quality and washes well. Am very happy with it

NOT escape free!
This harness is fine as it goes, but my miniature poodle x bedlington terrier got out of it twice within the space of a few minutes. However, she does pull less when wearing this as opposed to her other harnesses.
