My 9 year old son is a struggling reader and these are a great fit for him. He finds them humorous, which keeps his interest, and he doesn't have problems with very many of the words. They've boosted his confidence in reading tremendously. I'm very glad a friend suggested these and lent us the first book to try. He's now working his way through the series. *Finally* something he wants to read that he's capable of reading. (For several years, he has been wanting to read Percy Jackson and Harry Potter, but they've been way beyond his ability. Thank you, authors, for this stepping stone!)

I am using this book for 3rd grade tutoring ( reading) and it has even non-readers INTERESTED!!!!

My 8 year old son loves this collection and my 9 year old daughter loved it as well. My daughter's 4th grade teacher read the Zeus book to them in school.

Great price for the first four books, my daughter is on a mythology kick and it's nice to have stories that avoid the adult themes. Also much better than the author's Goddess Girl Series.

MY 10 YR OLD SON CANT STOP READING IT

This is a great way to introduce your young readers (ages 6 to 9) to Greek mythology. With a sense of humour, the author brings a light hearted and interesting slant on the adolescent Greek Heroes and their adventures. This introduction will prepare the reader for later more serious studies as they will already be familiar with the names and symbols and some of the adventures.
