iPhone XR user.Used with an Anker 24W adapter.This wireless charger I have been using over the past few days and it works excellent, I have yet to have a problem and it charges very well through a mix of different case sizes and depths that I have tested. But more importantly it’s about the little things like having a fan blowing on your phone keeping it cool is just an awesome feature to have. The build quality is solid and it has plenty of heft behind it for such a value of where it’s priced. I have used other wireless charger in the past and plenty of them have been a total waste of money but I’m finally satisfied with this product. Couple things to remember before buying you will need a wall adapter for this charger and I highly recommend not using a stock iPhone charger and check the watts and amps of your adapter your using if you have any issues, any issues your having on charger strength etc could very easily be due to not using a strong enough adapter at the wall receptacle. You want to shoot for a 10w charger at least, they can be had on amazon for less than $10. Also included in the box is the cable to plug into usb and then the charger. Overall I would highly recommend this wireless charger to anyone thinking about getting one.

I received yesterday and the power kept going in and out. My husband tried it and it did the same thing then today i charged it then all the sudden no green light or blue light was visible so I unplugged it went to another room plugged it. Ack in and it worked again. So I’ll check again if not I may have to return this product. I hope it’s maybe just that one and I may have to exchange it. I do like that it’s standing and it has the fan. So let’s wait and see. I’ll update for further recommendations!!!* so to update on my experience it’s working outstanding it was the actual plug what messed up the connectivity. It’s loading perfect and I don’t hear a sound from the fan build in while sleeping. If you get real close with your ear you can hear the fan working properly! I’m happy with this product!!!

I've been using Samsung phones for years and wireless charging has become my preferred method for charging. Wireless charging stands are great because they display your phone and charge it at the same time. And this one has a couple bonuses over a regular charging stand - Fast wireless charging and a cooling fan. The fast wireless charging works as expected when plugged into my Samsung Adaptive fast charging brick and the fan keeps the phone cool while charging. I can charge the phone in portrait or landscape mode and the charger shuts off when the phone is fully charged. It was funny over the years to hear iPhone people downplay the advantages of wireless charging, but now that they have it on the new iPhones they rave about it as if Apple invented it. But I digress - this is a good charger at a good price with nice features.

1st one had a problem connecting to the phone, light kept flickering blue. 2nd one connects after repositioning the phone until it connects with the charger. The fan doesn't blow the air a lot, but it's enough to keep the phone cool. As far as over heating and over charging protection, I'll have to wait and see. One suggestion is that to have the light signify that the phone is fully charged. Minor suggestion: An on/off switch would be nice.

Can't use it

It says fast charging but it is fraudulent at best. The phone sets easily on the base, however, after placing it on the charger at 22% before bed, it was disappointing to wake up and find it on the same number. I readjusted it, wondering perhaps it was user error even though the phone had the icon that it was charging. Left it on the charger for another 2.5 hrs... still on 22%. At that point I put it on my other fast charger and after 30min it was well on its way to being full. This will be getting filed under R for REFUND.

Great price for a wireless charger it also comes with a fan to help keep your phone from overheating charges relatively fast even faster if your using a fast charged wire and fast charge power boxcharges phones that have wireless charging ability as well as phones that have the Qi wireless charging insert simple as placing them on it and set it in the tray and it charges whether it's vertical or horizontal

I've been using it for a week know it works great for what it is. The fan works and it even works when my phone case is on. It takes about 2 hours to charge from being fully dead. I have a s9 and it what you pay for. I'm not sure how low it will last for being what it is.
