Due to the ongoing drought in California, and having two female dogs that left urine burns on our sod lawn, we decided to replace our sod lawn with alternative turf. Ordered in late November 2022 and when it came, the rains had finally returned with a vengeance. It took months before the area was dry enough to get rid of the now-watered green old sod lawn tuffs, level the area, and put down a base of decomposed granite. When we finally were ready to actually lay this product in June 2023, we discovered the two other pieces we ordered in a separate order didn't match this piece, and the order window had closed the end of January 2023. I contacted PetGrow directly to see what could be done. Joshua Click, PetGrow Sales Manager, went above and beyond to help. Sent him a sample of the piece we were trying to match and he went out into their stock and found some pieces that matched the piece we already had laid. My two pugs are in love with their new lawn! It was pretty easy to install for two men, using self adhesive sealing tape and turf nails. I HIGHLY recommend!

I bought this to cover a concrete terrace. It arrived in a roll and I installed it myself and was able to cut very precisely to fit. It looks fantastic and so far is wearing very well. I took away one star because it gets very hot in the direct sun. It doesn’t bother me to walk on it in socks (too hot for my bare feet) but my chihuahua finds it too hot for her to stand on. I’ve thrown a blanket down for her and that works but I’m not outside very long in the direct sun. I tend to use the space in the morning and evening and the fake grass is so nice then!! It looks a little shiny but it’s totally better than looking at concrete.

Knowing nothing about turf, I did a lot of research and settled on this product. When I received this turf (10'x10') and laid it out in 70 F weather direct sun, the turf got surprisingly really hot to the bare feet. Then I waited for the hotter hours of the afternoon to walk on it barefoot again. To my surprise, it was not hot to the feet at all and every day I tested and felt great and not hot. I am so happy my dogs can use it and not burn their paws. I've had it for just over a month now and very happy with this product. Would highly recommend.

We're using this for under the tree tug toy for our dog. Holding up well so far. This thing gets burning hot when in direct sunlight. Must water it down before allowing your pets on it.

I'm so glad I made this purchase. This rug arrived in 2 days. It was easy to cut and the rug is very comfortable to walk on. This rug makes my balcony look great. No issue with mildew, the holes in the rug whisk away the rainwater and moisture. There is a chemical smell but nothing to overpowering. The rug will air out in a few hours if you plan to put it outside. My rug size was 6ft by 10 ft. This rug was able to cover my entire balcony and I have material left over. Highly recommend.

The quality of this is excellent in my opinion but I purchased this to cover my parents gravesite and the measurements were 8 x 9. I was short on one side and had to piece it. Thankfully I ordered longer than I needed to I had the extra to piece it with. I am a bit of a control freak and I am not happy having to piece this when I want one continually piece. But there is nothing comparable to the quality at any stores in my area so I will just have to live with it.

I love it! Looks real, easy to layout! Would recommend for anyone who is looking for something that looks great.

If your looking for a thick grass I don’t think this is the one but I have to say this is very soft and works for my purpose for a cat enclosure . I think this would also be great for a back porch as well. I was very happy with this purchase and so was my Gucci!
