This has plastic handles, one of which was loose, and when I flipped it over I noticed it was screwed in with ugly bolts. The description says "metal tray" but I'm even skeptical of that. Super cheapo. This is the kind of thing you would find at Ross for maybe $8!!

I thought that for the price it would at least be made completely of metal, but no dice. This has plastic handles, one of which was loose, and when I flipped it over I noticed it was screwed in with ugly bolts. The description says "metal tray" but I'm even skeptical of that.
