Birthing Ball (Exercise Ball, Gym Ball, Swiss Ball, Stability Ball, Fitness Pilates Ball for Women Pump Included)

I am using this as physical therapy for a sciatic nerve problem. Quality is good, the pump worked ok.. I like the purple color, and I know my grandkids are going to like playing with it also. This size is good for me, I am 5'3". Anyone taller would want a larger size.

At first I could only get it to blow up to 45cm no matter how hard I tried, my husband who has way more upper body strength was able to better use the pump went back several hours later and got it to blow up to about 60cm. The ball itself seems good once we finally got it blown up. The material is slightly textured/sticky so in theory not as likely to slip. (I of course attempted to sit on it at the 45cm height and went flying backwards, but no issues once it was inflated more.)

The ball is great! It wasn’t the color I expected but I didn’t really care. The only bad part is the pump. The pump that comes with it is very cheap and doesn’t work well.

It was for my daughter. She used it in delivery and I have a beautiful new Granddaughter. She still has it and plans on exercising with it.

It seemed more like a boardwalk toy honestly. It wasn't as firm as I anticipated it would be even when pumped full of air. I ordered the 65 cm one *which is recomnended for me* , I'm 5 foot 6 and weigh 170 pounds 8 months pregnant. When I sit on this it goes almost completely flat and offers no support.

Great ball! I purchased it as a birthing ball for my pregnancy. Quality is great, definitely recommend

I ordered both balls for a close friend who is having a home delivery and did not get what was described and shown in the pictures or descriptions and I’m very disappointed and upset. Instead of the purple ball being large as shown in the pictures it’s actually the size of the blue ball shown. And the blue ball is a hop ball for kids.
