I always buy summit nutrition products for my 88 years old mother. But I changed to this product for first time to save money, but does not suit well. Reverting back to summit nutrition products.

YES, REALLY THIS PRODUCT HAS A GOOD IMPRESSION ON MY WIFE'S HEALTH, NICE PRODUCT!

Ive been taking these for almost a year now and absolutely love them. I was a person that needed to consume at least 1-2 energy drinks to get through the day and I almost never drink them anymore. It truly gives me the energy I need without any icky side effects like energy drinks give you. Also, my 16 yr old son told me recently that he was feeling sluggish and had no idea why ( he eats ok, but probably too much junk. And he gets plenty of sleep) so i bought him the men’s version and he said he feels much better and takes them every day on his own.As far as a few negatives Ive seen in reviews let me help you out. Yes the pills are big, for like $2 you can get a gadget that will help you easily cut the pills in half, boom problem solved. Next, bright yellow pee, dont worry, thats just excess Riboflavin aka vitamin B2 that your body doesn’t need and is just flushing it out. Lastly if you get a tummy ache ( which most vitamins will cause on an empty stomach) make sure you take them with meals.Seriously it is by far THE BEST vitamin out there and I will continue taking it everyday as long as it’s available. So if you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and just get them. One bottle and youll be sold.

This is my second bottle of this multivitamin for women and I like the benefits which are supporting energy metabolism, healthy hair, skin, nails, muscle function , bones and much more. Also love the added benefit of veggie and fruit blend since I don’t eat the proper amount. Packaging is tamper proof and the tablets are larger but average vitamin size.

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day.I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$.also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat.FYI: I've found two interesting videos about vitamins and health that I'm recommending to everyone. I've been using Nature's Way Alive! Women's Ultra Potency Complete Multivitamin for years and I really like it. It supports my immune and heart health, and I haven't experienced any upset stomach or other issues. However, the pill size is quite large and can be difficult to swallow. I wish they would make it smaller so it would be easier to take.

I love these. But I made the mistake of taking it each night after dinner. Bad idea, I wondered why I couldn't sleep well and would wake up often all night long. I switched to taking them in the days and wow do they provide me with energy to get through the day. I don't even drink energy drinks anymore. The potency of these vitamins is superb and there's plenty of B Vitamins especially so you don't need to slam the energy drinks (which are filled with B Vitamins). I have taken these vitamins daily for 2 weeks now and feel like I've been brought back to life! If you're looking for a vitamin that gives you an extra boost of nutrients to jump start your day with a slow supply of healthy energy, these are for you! They're certainly for me! (Also be sure you can swallow the larger vitamins)
