I tried homeopathy (yes, I know it's supposedly unproven and "alternative") several years ago to combat digestive issues that caused severe cramping and pain (IBS).I ended up trying this and it did nothing for my digestive issues. Nor did I find any homeopathic remedy (I tried a good dozen or so) that worked for my headaches and migraines. However, I found that this formula was actually useful to me-it's the only one of 2 (Sabadella, I think for sore throats) that I found helpful-for anything at all.There is an online homeopathy interactive calculator where you put your symptoms that's easily found by Google (and it's free as well). I used it when out of desperation, I was low on my standard albuterol asthma inhaler (I should have refilled it sooner). The online homeopathy software site suggested it for asthma.Much to my surprise, it worked for my asthma after about 1 min. I have mild asthma with constriction and this has enabled me to cut back on my inhaler use by about 75%. It doesn't always work, and there is a level of severity that I will always have to go to the inhaler first. I had a friend with asthma also try it and it worked for her too.I don't in any way think it's a placebo effect (I really wanted help for other issues, and no homeopathic formula I tried helped.) nor do I think it's the act of putting them under my tongue, etc (I tried other formulas for asthma and they were useless). It's not going to replace your inhaler nor should you stop carrying or using your inhaler (rescue type).I find I like to have both this and my inhaler on hand. I dislike using my inhaler, because it gives me a jittery feeling like too much caffeine and sometimes a brief episode of a slightly elevated heart rate. So when I can use this, I'm really pleased.I know the science behind homeopathy is questionable to many, and I certainly don't think it's going to cure anyone of anything. But for me, much to my surprise, this works quite well on my asthma-if I treat it quickly at the first sign of constriction. You can literally hear my voice change and relax and my breathe better. I don't believe it's placebo because I tried other homeopathic formulas also for asthma, and they did nothing. I've also tried a mint under my tongue to see if it's the mechanism of having something under my tongue and it doesn't help.I would recommend it highly for asthma, as another "tool in the toolbox." However, in the nature of homeopathy-it won't work for everyone. But if it works, for you-it would be useful to cut down on rescue inhaler use.

It also a good idea not to eat or drink anything 30 mins before and after taking medication for best results.It's also important to note not to touch med with your bare hands because you don't want to contaminate the tablets. Just simply pour 2 to 4 tablets carefully into the twist off cap and drop them in your mouth.In extreme cases repeat dosages every 15 minutes for the first hour and most likely your symptoms will dissappear. Homeopathic medicine really does work and it's very effective. It's based on the theory "like cures like" and that's how their many medicines are produce in minute doses.It's a very safe form of medication with NO side effects unlike traditional modern pharmaceuticals that seems to be more toxic than good. These little wonders absolutely destroy mild cases of intestinal discomfort brought on by run-ins with bad food. You can feel your gut relax from the terror of bad food. It is rare to need to reach for these pills, but when I do i am very grateful they exist.

Took 2 doses and a week or so later the asthma was almost gone. I mean went from using an inhaler daily for the past couple years and bi weekly the years before that....tried everything with no results until this.....Went to a pulmonologist and he prescribed dulerra and it made things worse..stopped that cold turkey a year ago and have been trying various herbal remedies and giving up dairy...nothing really made much difference until this...have only used the inhaler once before exercise the past few weeks....Since that time it has been necessary to use the remedy once again and the effects were immediate... .Like I said..amazing.. not saying it will work for everyone. But this was an answer to a prayer for us....

This is quite helpful -- have a lot of trouble with diarrhea . Like that it dissolves so fast. and most of the time works very well for me.

My family got a stomach bug theee months in a row. I decided I needed to do something about it and bought these for the next time someone started puking and/having diarrhea. Well, my daughter was next. She's 5. She threw up twice and I remembered these. I gave her two. Twenty minutes later I gave her twoMore. Then again I'm twenty minutes. She hated the taste, BUT she slept the entire night without waking up, her belly was perfectly fine the next morning and we were so happy! I'd say that's a win for these! I'll be using them again!
