After a friend suggested Syntha-6 I went ahead and ordered some to try it out. After a little over a month, about 5 pounds of lean muscle gain and a significant decrease in body fat% I just ordered a second 4 pound bottle. I was very pleased with this protein. It has a great flavor even when I just mixed it with ice and milk. It was never too grainy and always blended well. I was also very happy with the ingredients and nutritional facts about this protein. The added bonuses of EAAs and having 25 grams of protein in every scoop made Sythna-6 all that more appealing. I would use this as pre and post work out shake and it works very well as both! I highly recommend this to some one who's gonna be hitting the gym hard getting ready for the beach this summer!

I've never been very interested in protein powders. I tried a brand several years ago, and I didn't like it. It didn't taste good at all, and it wasn't very substantial or filling. However, a little over six months ago I ramped up my excursions to the gym while lessening my caloric intake and decided that I needed some type of supplement to maintain my muscle mass and energy without too many calories. I researched protein powders for a handful of days and decided to try Syntha-6 Isolate, and it did not dissapoint. It lived up to its hype completely. It tastes excellent--so good in fact, that you could use it as a healthy dessert. And of course, it is packed with protein while boasting only 140 calories due to its isolate nature. And lastly, it is also a 50/50 split between whey and casein protein which allows it to have both quick and slow absorption, respectively. This, in turn, makes Syntha-6 Isolate an effective pre- and post-workout protein shake. Your protein needs start and end right here.

taste great with milk or greek yogurt. doesn't taste that great with water

For the amount you receive the price is more than reasonable. Compared to other products out there, the taste is fair and the calorie, sodium, and fat count is low. The fast and slow digesting protein is a plus. However, I would reconsider purchasing this product if you have any gastral reactions towards dairy because it says that half of the protein is from whey and the other is dairy. I would rate the taste to 7/10. Be sure to mix well because it can get clumpy. All in all, this is a solid brand. However, I won't be purchasing this again because at GNC I came across ISO100 and in my personal opinion its better for me because it has fewer calories, lower sodium, less fat, only whey, tastes better, and dissolves more quickly and efficiently and it fits better with my specific needs and wants in a protein source. Again, this is my personal opinion. Syntha-6 is still a good product if you want to save some money and still have a solid source of protein to support your gains.

Worth the extra cost. The isolate really dissolves easily. Lukewarm water is slightly better than chilled water, but the chilled water takes only a little more stirring in a typical paper cup or coffee cup. Shaker bottle, no Problem. I mix up 3 servings in a large shaker (8 oz each) and consume it as my between meals supplement. On heavy days where I know I've taxed the body, I drink two servings before bed; often using a lesser amount of water and using a nutri-bullet blender, but about 12 ounces of water in a shaker bottle (with or without the wire "ball" thing) works just fine too. Really, just a disposable water bottle works too. The ISOLATE is Worth the extra cost, especially in the cheaper, mass produced/discounted chocolate flavor!

I have ordered this protein powder before so I knew what I was getting. It mixes was if you just mix it with water. It is just like having a chocolate milkshake. I have it like that occasionally. I also mix it with almond milk and a bunch of other things. It mixes just as well that way too. The taste if good, not chaulky like a lot of other chocolate flavored protein powders. I know a lot of fitness experts (or not experts) have all kinds of opinions about all the different kinds of proteins and what is good for you and what is not. Coming from just a regular guy that works out 5-6 days a week, this protein power works well. I have continued to lose weight while gaining lean muscle. I really notice a difference in my muscle soreness the next day if I don't have my protein shake after a hard workout. It really helps.

The chocolate isolate is delicious cant go wrong! And it mixes super easily

If you want a chocolate flavor, do yourself a favor, get the syntha 6 chocolate cake batter instead. This chocolate milkshake flavor is gross. It has this weird chemical flavor that is very unappealing. The chocolate cake batter flavor has a much more pleasant taste imo.

I bought this protein shake expecting a pure isolate, but it's anything but. Not only does it contain extra fillers, but it also fails to dissolve in water, which is incredibly frustrating. Even after shaking it for minutes and adding more water, I'm left with clumps floating around, making it unpleasant to drink, unlike pure isolate. I've tried different mixing methods, but nothing seems to work. This shake is not worth the price, especially if you're seeking pure isolate protein. Save your money and look elsewhere.

大体、牛乳50ml、水200mlを入れます あれぱ製氷機の氷を一粒入れてシェイカーでシャカシャカ。 なお水らは先入れがプロテイン業界の基本みたいです。 あと個人的にシェイク後の「泡感」が大嫌いなので、コップを傾けたときの下側を飲むようにすると滅茶苦茶飲みやすい。髭ができるけど。 ストローがあるとより良いのかもしれません。
