Wellys Magnet Lumbar Support Belt

I have on and off again issues with my back so it's not something I deal with on a daily basis but when it does flair up I need to use something. I've worn support belts before but none that used magnetics. I like the softness of this belt and also that it is so thin. The others I've used have been a little bulky but this works well under my normal clothing. I wore it when doing housework and working in the yard. I'm unsure if the magnetics had anything to do with it but my back certainly felt better. There were no directions for cleaning this belt that I could find. The smell of it was nauseating when I took it out of the package. I sprayed it with febreze and let it air out but the smell still hasn't gone completely away. Seems to do the trick for the price.I have shopped on Amazon for years and rely heavily on reviews. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.This particular styled back support is much thinner and fits so much better under my clothing.I am a small to medium built frame, and although I have a much different belt, this one is better when I go out for shorter trips.I like the cling/velcro closure.It will adjust to your size, and you can have it as tight OR as loose as you like.The magnets are 4 strips each with 4 small flat magnets inside of each strip.In the middle of these strips is a cushioned almost egg shaped foam.Worn correctly, the foam in in the center most area when you wear the belt!I also am fond of the blue color, not drab, as some belts can be.As I mentioned, the magnetic therapy, at least this one will have to prove itself in time.I still prefer my larger more aggressive belt, but am pleased for short periods of time with this particular style!Super light...Very comfortable..and an overall good investment!

I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I noticed some reviewers said that this was "cheaply" made, others mentioned it was thin and fit well under clothes. I think the belt itself along with the velcro are made durable enough for the purpose it serves. However the "foam sponge like" removable insert is certainly not of high quality. The support the belt itself gives does seem to relieve a slight amount of stress from the back. I don't find that it did much as far as improving posture. I have never tried magnets as pain or any other therapy. Myself I know little about them. I am not sure how long using the belt until you should see improvement. I can not say that I am aware of any improvement from the belt/magnets. The foam support has not really helped. The tension or pressure the belt provides does seem to mildly improve some back discomfort. I will update if any change, but for my purpose this is just average.

I'm not cutting down starts because I don't understand how magnetic work in helping pain but I'm all for giving it a try. The belt alone improves posture and enough brace help in the pain. The soft sponge does apply a small amount of pressure to help some. Devant me faire opérer la semaine prochaine d'une hernie discale, je souffre des lombaires depuis un certain temps déjà.Je l'ai reçu ce matin, cela ne fait qu'une heure que je la porte mais je sens que ça me fait du bien.Pas vraiment de grand maintien mais l'effet chaleur est très apaisant

Elle est pratique et elle soutient bien le dos. Petit bémol : elle mériterait d'être un peu plus longue pour ceux qui ont de l'embonpoint comme moi...

It was very comfortable and firm to wear, but the lumps (shown white in pictures)meant I wore it inside the house rather than when going out as they showed. Provided excellent support.
