Like an attractive date with bad table manners. At first you want it to work out because it looks nice, but as you go along you realize...there’s a messy situation going on here.It fits ok...just ok. I had to put a layer of paper towel between the device and the water jug to make it fit snug.The water is slow to come out and the flow is horrible. Flow meaning, you cannot set your cup on the table and expect it to actually end up in the cup. It WILL splash water all over the place because the stream is not controlled at the nozzle. You will have to hold your cup or whatever you’re filling up to the spout so the water doesn’t spray all over the place. Good luck trying to fill up small mouth water bottles without it being a whole lot of drama. I find it better to just take the device off and tip the jug.It is quite loud, enough so that I don’t want to use it at night because I might wake up everyone in the house.It does look nice though, but functionally it’s not that great.

When my triple osmosis water filtration system finally broke down, I did not want to dump the money into buying and installing a brand new one. This pump works great with the 5-gallon jugs of water you can get from Walmart or Kroger. I really enjoy the electrical pump and the fact that there are two different ways to dispense water. The button works best for my kids while the little trigger next to the dispenser works best for me and my fiance. Overall I have no complaints with this item. Highly recommended

Very glad we ordered this dispenser and replaced our old water dispenser. We used to use one of those big Nestle water cooler dispenser, that runs a small motor in the machine which works as both cooling & heating the water; but it was very hard to clean, and got worst when cockroaches from other office ran into the machine to keep themselves warm, it was freaking disgusting. We replaced it with this, and it is much easier for clean up, and use way less electricity comparing to previous machine, guess its a win win for us.

This pump is so perfect and exactly what I'm seeking for. I've used it for 4 days and i have to write this review to share my experience after i realize its excellence: first its power is strong and can pull up water very quickly, second it's very silent, which is very important cuz i don't want any noise when watching tv while cooking. As to the battery i'm not quite sure how long will it last, but seems the power is still so strong after so many days and it should be ok

awesome little dispenser, easy to use and clean, small and convenient. it's a really good space saver.the silicone tube can be boiled in hot water. and the power lasts pretty long for daily uses once it's fully charged.my kids woke up in the middle of night because of the heater make them thirsty, and they can get water easily.

Very effective water bottle pump. Easy to install, compact and looks very nice. Works perfectly, giving a nice stream of water.
