Expensive and worth it
This is the best of the pistachio pastes on the market. Makes better gelato for sure and is bursting with flavor.

Used to make ice cream
I used a full jar to make pistachio ice cream. I used America’s Test Kitchen vanilla ice cream recipe and a cuisinart frozen canister ice cream maker. Added 1/2 cup chopped pistachios to the ice cream just before it was finished churning. Turned out great. Soft serve consistency at 20 minutes churning. Then into the freezer to harden up for scoop style ice cream.

Mislabeled non returnable ripoff
Deceptively labeled 100% pure pistachio. Received the item and it had an ingredient list with 7 different nuts soy and milk. The ingredient list is conveniently cropped from all the advertised pictures. Overpriced Non returnable mislabeled ripoff. I could have the bought a similar product for half the money.

great pure pistachio
It was fantastic! I think there's a translation error on the label - the ingredients says '100 % pistachio' (which it sure seems to be). and then below that it says something about soy and other nuts - I think that is actually supposed to be one of those allergy warning labels about it being produced in a facility that also manufactures other things. I thought this product was great and I'm buying more!
