Although this is a good value for the price these tools are not what you need for sewing and drafting patterns. This French curve is not going to do what you need it too. Instead get you a design ruler or hip curve ruler. You’ll be better suited.

I love this set of curves. By far this is the best value I found on amazon. The plastic is solid and thick enough that I can use it to trace curves for pattern making and the set has so many different angles.

Made my patterns perfect

If you use inches instead of centimeters then do not buy. These rulers are in centimeters. At first, I was taken back by them being so small but it actually works if you are looking to make your own patterns or when you are adjusting the pattern it is good for them to be the size that they are but they do not have both inches and centimeters on them as most rulers do. They only have centimeters so for me, I will be unable to use them.
