I like to use during the day when I have an hour or two..... it is "goopy" (in a good way!). Used in addition to a day cream with SPF and a night cream, this cream boosts the moisturizing effect. Another best use: on lips at bedtime!

Not something you can sleep with on your face. It is very stick and does need to be washed off. I like the product - decent value for money. recommend applying with a roller dermablade
