Got the box delivered today - not light! Opened it and started putting it together - the instructions aren't bad, but the illustrations are very small and exceptionally thin and light. Got it together - and got on with one band - I'm out of shape but 250# and 5'10" and it wouldn't move. Took off all the bands and it was a good exercise, Getting on and off is a little challenging! Using it can give you a good workout. How anyone uses 3 bands is amazing!!!! But good value, very stable.

This equipment is one of my best workout investments that I’ve purchased in a long time! And It’s actually halfway put together too. I noticed even with the first workout, that I had bought a heart pumping body effective workout machine! My knees had began to bother me, off and on, for about four years now. So I started excluding my hand-held weighted squats. This machine gives me the squat without the strain, pressure, or pain on my knees! I also feel that I’m getting an overall workout on my abs, my legs, my thighs, my back, my arms, and my butt! I’m really impressed and happy!!!

This thing really works the legs - start with one band and go from there. There is definitely a learning curve to get on it and off after a workout ... can be very awkward and even a bit scary. Anyway installation was easy and its easy to move around if need be.

I was surprised at the amount already intact and how little I had to assemble. Came with a few nuts and bolts, while the directions showed in detail what needed to be finished. Hopped on it after spending 30 minutes to put together I was ready to go! I spent 15 minutes on it and could feel burning in my arms, shoulders, back and legs within minutes. Next day ( this morning) woke up feeling like I normally do spending an he at the gym. I am happy with the quietness while watching tv and easy access in folding and setting aside.

Loooove this machine! Easy to put together and super fun to use. And, if you’re short on space, it easily folds straight so you can tuck it under a bed (provided it’s high enough), a closet, or a corner - and pull it out when you’re ganna use it.

For what it’s worth it’s does the job. At first didn’t understand how to reset the screen but now it’s no problem. I bit flimsy when you move from sitting to squatting position; tends to slightly tilt to one side. Somewhat unnoticeable but it’s present. I like the tension and different adjustments. The give is firm. Seating comfortable.

Honestly, it’s a great full body workout! I recommend 100% to anyone looking for an at home machine that’s easy to store away under the bed.
