I relied on previous reviewers to try to get the most out of these lights. Yes, they string as reported. Simply unscrew the cap to expose the male connectors and insert into female connectors -- reverse the polarity if the lights do not illuminate. I, too, sealed my lights with silicone in an effort to keep out moisture. I secured the light strings using cable ties to a mature set of 3 cedar trees. The wires are white, so they are not easy to hide against the tree foliage and the 18 inches between light fixtures was somewhat limiting on where I could place each fixture. The lights are on a timer. All things considered, we are pleased to look out of our kitchen window and across the deck each night to see the "meteor shower." Time will tell if they are durable enough to make it through the winter season.

These lights are easy to install and use but the quality is very poor. They were all working fine when tested and installed but within two weeks numerous bulbs on various strands of lights have since stopped working. Disappointed would be an understatement. It's not just on one stand either, it has affected all 5 sets I bought. Would have been better keeping the £50 in my pocket and putting up the lights from last year.Would I recommend them? No, definitely not.

Altough one set had to be resolderd by myself.If this happens to you and you have basic soldering skills.They will not come back on straight away. I was in middle of arranging a return whilst they were plugged in and after about 2 minutes they came on "strange"🤔. But they are still working 😁🤞👍

Only got 4 stars because lights are good and bright but in my eyes have two negative they do not supply and adaptor for the socket and it is a shame that the USB sockets are black instead of being white

Easy to use and set up. Made the tree in my back garden look pretty all year round. Great for around Xmas time as well.Was happy with the quality and my purchase. Would recommend to others interested

I will be returning them.the advertising needs looking at you really don't get what you pay for 8 small tubes on a wire not sure where the 144 led lights are supposed in the tubes .....look at the photo
