U UZOPI Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver, 2-in-1 Wireless Audio Adapter aptX Low Latency HD for TV Car Music Streaming Stereo Sound System (Optical/TOSLINK 3.5mm AUX RCA)

I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT THIS LITTLE BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER / RECEIVER MAY HAVE LENGTHENED MY LIFE BY MANY DECADES !! MY MANCAVE IS ACTUALLY A ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF OUR HOME. JUST ACROSS THE HALL FROM THE MASTER BEDROOM. THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS OR SO. I'M RETIRED AND MY WIFE IS NOT. THERE ARE SOME NIGHTS I LIKE TO STAY UP AND WATCH PROGRAMS ON T V. MY WIFE THOUGH, STILL WORKS AND HAS TO GET UP IN THE MORNING. THE TV VOLUME HAS BEEN A BIG PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY THIS LAST YEAR. LAST CHRISTMAS MY WIFE GOT ME A BIG WIDE SCREEN TV FOR MY ROOM. BIGGER THAN OUR DOWNSTAIRS TV! SO I LIKE TO WATCH SPORTS UPSTAIRS. LATELY, I'VE SEEN AN ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT THESE HEADPHONES YOU HOOK UP TO YOUR TV VIA BLUETOOTH. I THOUGHT, THAT WOULD BE GREAT. BUT DOING SOME RESEARCH, I FOUND HERE ON AMAZON, THAT I DIDN'T NEED TO BUY THOSE HEADPHONES AT ALL! I ALREADY OWN A SET OF BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES, BUT DIDN'T KNOW I COULD PROGRAM THEM TO USE WITH MY TV TOO. I DID MORE RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THE UZOPI TRANSMITTER / RECEIVER WAS PERFECT FOR MY APPLICATION! I REVIEWED A LOT OF TRANSMITTERS ALL OVER THE NET. CONCLUDING THAT THIS DEVICE WAS THE RIGHT ONE FOR THE PRICE. I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY AND SEE HOW IT WOULD WORK. I RECEIVED THE TRANSMITTER, BUT AFTER SPEAKING WITH A FEW EXPERTS IN THIS FIELD, I FOUND OUT HOOKING THE UZOPI UP TO MY CABLE BOX WOULD BE BETTER THAN CONNECTING TO THE TV. ALTHOUGH MY TV IS VERY NICE, I FOUND OUT IT IS ON THE LOW END FOR USING THIS TYPE OF DEVICE WITH THE TV. BUT, UZOPI FURNISHED ME WITH A FEW DIFFERENT CABLES THAT CAME RIGHT IN THE BOX FOR NO EXTRA COST. I ENDED UP USING THE RCA CONNECTOR. I HOOKED THE RCA UP ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS AND WAS ALSO LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE A SLOT OPEN TO CONNECT POWER UP TO THE UZOPI OFF THE CABLE BOX AS WELL. I CHECKED ALL MY CONNECTIONS AND I POWERED EVERYTHING UP. THE UZOPI CAME RIGHT UP! THEN I FOLLOWED THE PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTH THE UZOPI TRANSMITTER AND MY " SUGAR BEATS" HEADPHONES I OWN. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, BUT THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTED LEDs CAME UP ON BOTH DEVICES. THEN, THE TV EXPERTS TOLD ME TO JUST TURN THE TV VOLUME ALL THE WAY DOWN USING MY REGULAR TV REMOTE. THEN, JUST USE THE VOLUME UP BUTTON FOR THE HEADPHONES TO ADJUST THE VOLUME COMING OUT OF THE CABLE BOX. MAN, EVERYTHING IS WORKING FANTASTIC !! THE UZOPI TRANSMITTER SENDS THE SIGNAL TO MY HEADPHONES AND I CAN HAVE IT AS LOUD AS I WANT AND BEST OF ALL ...... MY LOVELY WIFE SLEEPS COMFORTABLY IN THE KING SIZED BED, JUST FEET AWAY FOR THE BIG TV !! ALSO, I SOMETIMES GO DOWNSTAIRS TO GET A COLD DRINK OR SOMETHING TO EAT, AND MAN ! , I DON'T EVEN DROP THE SIGNAL !! I HEAR MY TV PROGRAM GO RIGHT ALONG!! THAT BY FAR IS MUCH LONGER THAN THE ADVERTISED DISTANCE AND GOES THRU WALLS AND FLOORS!! I DON'T KNOW IF I'M JUST LUCKY OR IF THIS IS A NORMAL OCCURRENCE, BUT I KNOW, I'M A VERY HAPPY GUY WITH LESS BUMPS ON MY HEAD THESE DAYS!!! SO, THE PRICE IS GREAT AND THE PERFORMANCE IS EVEN BETTER. YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT THAT. ORDER SOME RIGHT NOW AND TELL EM, OL' MIKE SENT YOU... YOU WON'T GET ANY KIND OF A PRICE BREAK, BUT THEY SURE WILL BE PUZZLED TRYING TO FIGURE OUT , WHO THE HECK IS OL' MIKE ANYWAYS !!!!!!

This is a great product that has more range than I had anticipated once I got it to work. I , unfortunately, don't have most of the standard audio jacks on my TV like most people do....it's what I get for buying a Black Friday special. The only option I had in order to use this device is the digital optical port on my TV....which I've NEVER used before on any of my previous TVs. Firstly, if your going to use this port/cord, make sure you take the white/clearish covers off the ends of the digital optical cord in order to connect the transmitter to the TV. I didn't know that I needed to do this until I bought another cord from a brick & mortar store (the directions on the box let me know the error of my ways). The instructions provided with this transmitter doesn't tell you that you need to do this in order to hook it up. Once I figured out that part the rest wasn't too bad in terms of connecting my BT headphones to the transmitter. One thing to note & I don't know if the directions actually or clearly state this but in order to transmit the sound from your TV to your BT headphones you have to put the transmitter in RX mode first, then pair the headphones and then switch the transmitter to TX mode in order to hear the sound through the BT headphones. One thing that I didn't like about this product is the directions, I felt like I was reading directions that had been written in Chinese first then translated to English which means that many parts that make up a correct sentence structure are missing. This makes reading the instructions a bit difficult, at least for me it did.

I purchased this so I could have Bluetooth connectivity on a older Klipsch Soundbar that I purchased 4 or 5 years ago. It works great. Solid connection that pairs easily. Excellent sound. No issues with range.Please be advised that to get maximum performance you’ll need a device that is Bluetooth 5.0 compatible.

Works as expected, I have a 15 hours trip to Taiwan (from NYC), and it worked just fine, the sound volume is a bit low and head phone jack is a bit hard to plug but really no problem.One thing I don’t like is somehow it can’t register 2 different phones in the same time?Many BT devices support multiple pairing.

I bought another of they type of Transmitter/Receiver though this one was cheaper, by far, than my first on it is very superior and easier to use and works more surely.Definitely would recommend it.

I use this with a pair of Bowers and Wilkins HD BT headphone. Sound quality is amazing when playing MP3s from my PC . Pairs easily with the B&W headphones. I have not tried using it with 2 devices simultaneously. Battery life is very good. Device will go to sleep if audio is not playing (saving battery). Slight hum from my PC when charging and playing at the same time (this should vary by the C audio and USB connections).

I'm using it for TV audio. Easy setup. Pairing very easy. As with all bluetooth devices, there's a slight delay. You'll hear an echo when listening through earphones while speakers are on. No problem with speakers off. No noticable lip sync problems.
