Excellent Value. Easy to Assemble. Easy to Use. Great for Decompressing Spine.
Don't let the low price fool you. This is a well-designed, well-manufactured, well-packaged inversion table. Mine arrived with its carton in incredibly bad condition. The box was literally SHREDDED on two corners. It looked as if the delivery company dragged it behind the truck for the last quarter mile. I'm not sure whether Amazon, UPS or USPS is responsible; whoever did this should lose their contract. The cartoon worried me, so I took pictures throughout the unboxing. It turns out the contents were very well packaged, and nothing was damaged. Everything was perfect. It took me about an hour to assemble, by myself. I took my time. I'm notoriously DIY, but I think most people of average skills would agree: There is nothing difficult or confusing about the assembly. The instructions are spot-on, written in standard English with excellent illustrations. There are very few small parts involved, and they arrived attached to a large labeled card, indicating exactly what they are and where to use them (also indicated in the printed instructions). Also attached to the card are a pair of flat steel wrenches for assembly. I used my own 13mm wrench and a 13mm socket mounted on a ratchet. If you have 'em, use 'em. The ratchet made assembly a breeze.I had some LockTite thread locker liquid at hand, for application to the bolt threads in order to keep the nuts from loosening in the future. NOT NECESSARY! =D The nuts are all LOCKING NUTS, with a blue plastic liner/ring inside that locks them in place, keeping them from working loose. Surprising quality at this price point! The completed unit takes up less room than I thought it would. I once had a more expensive inversion table that was considerably larger, for no good reason. This one is conveniently smaller. Pull out one assembly pin and the main frame folds. Pull the lower footrest section down and out of the main frame and the unit becomes seriously stashable. I'm a male, 6'2" and about 170lbs. I have no problem inverting at a full 90 degrees (perpendicular to the floor) and the frame is certainly rigid and robust enough. No wobbles. No worries. My earlier more expensive inversion table had a superior system for clamping my ankles in place. This one is less comfortable, but that's not a deal-breaker. At first, I found full inversion at 90 degrees painful for my ankles. So I've made two accommodations, and recommend you do the same:1. Don't invert to 90 degrees at first. Set the stop bar (rear of frame) at 60 degrees for the first week. I find that 60-degrees is about as good as 90 degrees for decompressing vertebrae.2. Turn your TOES INWARD, toward the centerline of your body. In other words, assume a "pigeon toed" position with your feet. If you point your toes straight ahead, the foam rollers may exert undue pressure on the front of your ankle and your heel. But turning your toes toward your body's centerline causes the front roller to apply pressure to the outward side of your ankle and the inward surface of your heel. I find this to be MUCH more comfortable, and after a week I'll see how it works for the full 90-degree inversion. If 90 is too uncomfortable, I'll go back to 60 degrees and maybe extend my inversion TIME to compensate. Maybe from 12 minutes to 15.I bought the blue version. It looks GREAT, and I'm glad I made this purchase.

Impressed with quality and stability
Assembly was very easy and simple. The item comes half-assembled (check image), and you just need to install couple bolts. Tools and all the parts were included. If you miss any part they have link/email in the instructions to request the missing parts.Instructions also included video link which was even more easy to follow:https://youtu.be/kGF8Xf7KVQwThis inversion table is well built and sturdy. I keep it on carpet, and 4 point stand was good choice. When I don’t want to use it, i will be able to fold it and store (attached photo). It is not super flat, but it is enough to lean it against the wall. I don’t think that you want to fold and unfold this every day - but when needed, for some break, it is possible and pretty practical.I was able to move back with moving my hand above - it is just necessary to set right height (i have put it even higher, so it moves more slow) - so experiment with close heights to yours to gind right balance.Ankle rollers are comfortable, and so far i just went with first position. There are also safety ankle straps (which i would recommend to use, especially if you want to go to higher angle or complete inversion.)Some folks said that ankle bars are wobbly, but i don’t see that as problem - actually I found it very convenient to just slide the feet from the side.Overall, i am really impressed and pleased with this inversion table and purchase. It also looks nice in my room, not bulky.I was thinking between this and Teeter brand, but i am so happy with this one that I don’t see reason why i would spend sommuch more. I would saybthat this table is best buy and best value. Will be using it couple minutes daily.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is because the second time I fully inverted the ankle clamp slipped. The locking pin had not fully fully engaged. There are two "shelves" on the pin that locks the top foot clamp in place. It had only stopped at the first one. It did not come all the way out and I did not fall which is lucky because I had not put on the safety straps. So always be sure that pin is securely locked. And if you are going to fully invert, use the ankle straps! Other than that, is is simple to use, seems sturdy to me, and the pad is actually pretty comfortable. One tip. Be sure to get yourself balanced fairly well because if you don't it can be very awkward when trying to right yourself your first time. I'm 5'10" but I have the leg extension set at 6'/6'1" because I use it barefooted and put the brace you stand on when clamping on top of the bar instead of the bottom as shown. The instructions tell you what to do but be sure and try to get balanced to the point you can lay horizontally and not move up or down.

A good choice for the money
I enjoy this inversion table as a cheaper alternative to the one shown on tv that can cost upwards of 500 dollars. I did not have really any trouble getting the table assembled and it supports me with no issues. Since using it I do not get the pinched nerves in my lower back anymore.

Easy 15 minute assembly and awesome pain relief help
This has helped my boyfriend with his new on set of back pain and has helped him avoid having to pay excessive copays to go to the chiropractor to do the same thing he can do in the comfort of our home. Assembly took less than 15 minutes. I recommend this equipment to help relieve pain.
