I have very painfull knees so I use these under my knee support. Very helpful

I use capsaicin patches all the time. This brand, while treating minor muscle pain effectively, leaves major swollen burn marks on my skin which last for days and itch. Trashed them all and going back to my old source.

Instant relief on first 3 to 4 uses. But after that either the product is not working or the pain reliever has evaporated due to opened packet. A zip lock in the pack would help.

We did not receive the correct amount. We received 2 packages & we were to receive a total of 6. Not sure who will resolve this….

I love these! I have severe muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. I cut these in half, one for each shoulder and the second for each side of the neck. I've tried all the major brands and this is the most helpful. I have no issues with stickyness? As other people have complained about.

Used these for a sore knee. The pads stayed in place, smelled better than most and seemed to reduce the soreness for several hours. I would buy again.

Too strong for my liking. Too hot and it Burned my skin, had to trash all of these patches. Very sticky backing and cheap in price but not suitable for my skin. Will stick with my other Ayurvedic type of plaster for my pain.
