I order one and it originally came without the product they made up for there mistake by sending me a new one and it was a good gift so I’d say great product but it was a little sus

The top of my dermal fell off and I could not get it back on with my bare hands. I needed something right away and the tools to replace it would arrive a week later than this top. I even called a bunch of tattoo places in my area and they do not do anything with dermals. This top is a little bit bigger than a pencil eraser, so I was able to screw this one into my dermal anchor without having to use any tools. I thought it was going to be uncomfortable because it is bigger than the one I had on before, but I don't even feel this.

Wayyyyy to big for a dermal earing

It is not as big as other people say, so the detail of the design is not apparent unless you get closer to see it. It's just right.

I call this my regal dermal.. I wear it when I want to feel fancy. Its huge and heavy and sleeping in it literally gives me nightmares but for a day of use its absolutely wonderful. I wore it to bed many times so dont let that scare you away but it is a bit much for normal use at least for me and I got a little itchy after wearing it a few nights straight, felt fine after I switched it to a normal sized one.
