HiFiBerry Universal Case III (Black)

HiFiBerry amps and DACs are some of my favorite raspi accessories--thanks to these awesome, inexpensive boards, I now have an easy-to-place networked sound system in any room of the house. This case works well, though, as you would expect, the LEDs from the raspi board will shine through. In situations where it bothered me (like the kitchen counter), I just applied a small amount of electrical tape to the outside of the case. But, anyway, case works as it should, no issues. I'll be buying more.

Perfect fit for my Raspberry Pi 3 model B with HiFiBerry DAC+ RCA version. Fairly easy assembly, although I had to use a sharp blade to assist in breaking out the section for the RCA ports. NBD.I like the clear color so I can still see the insides and all the LEDs.

I bought it for amp2. Some processing was necessary to connect the power supply.The color of the lid label is red. You can see the LED from outside the case.

Does not fit Pi 3 B+. Needed to heavily modify case to make it work.

il prodotto è assolutamente inadeguato rispetto al suo prezzo: per 22.90 euro si tratta di un semplice pezzo di plastica stampata. Da immagini e recensioni sembrava più curato e sopratutto di materiale di gran lunga superiore. Un prodotto del genere non sarei disposto a pagarlo più di 5 euro, esagerando.

schlicht, schwarz, aus Plastik - und dafür fast schon zu teuer. Passgenauigkeit = 100%, Stabilität = Super. 5 Euro weniger wären mir lieber gewesen - Deshalb 1-2 Punkte Abzug. (Es gibt Holzgehäuse und Ähnliches, optisch ansprechenderes, nur leider hab ich keine für die Hifiberry-Kombination gefunden)

Assurdamente caro per un pezzo di plastica, comunque è perfetto per il Raspberry con l'hat Hifiberry. A differenza di altri case più economici le dimensioni, le aperture e gli incastri sono perfetti. Unico difetto è il prezzo.

Più caro del necessario ma fa bene il suo mestiere. In plastica di buona qualita’ e resistenza proregge bene il raspberry pi 3 più l’hat, nel mio caso hifiberry digi+. Pe aperture usb e alre le feritoie sono allineate al meglio. Rapidissimo e stabile il montaggio.

Nach dem Einsetzen der RPi (mit HifeBerry DAC) sind die Öffnungen im Gehäuse so schlecht zu den Anschlüssen an der Platine ausgerichtet, dass der Micro USB Stecker für die Stromversorgung nicht mehr sicher eingesteckt werden kann.
