I should have purchased the larger stamp. This one does not cover the embossed seals completely. Dimensions were provided, but the cost of the larger stamp was significantly more. for a blank circle stamp, it was more than I wanted to spend!

Good refillable seal impression inker
Works well but the bad thing is the stamp pad is much larger than most seals it will be stamped on, and overlaps the seal. Not a huge problem. Just practice with it first before attempting to darken any official seals.

Small diameter
This inker does not meet the purpose for which it is intended. It’s diameter is SMALLER than the raised seals it’s supposed to darken. HUH??? This is a WASTE OF MONEY.
