Great sleep aid!
One tablet taken with a meletonin and an Ambien tab and I quickly fall asleep and don't wake until morning.

Went To Sleep (all night) Waked Up Good!
Took one pill, as per directions and it helped me go to sleep and stay asleep all night. (if you use this nightly, consider going a week without, after using up a one-bottle quantity) Thanks Amazon, for the no-hassle, great delivery and a very good price!!

Far better than Benadryl
Far better than Benadryl has the same ingredient as Unisom at a quarter of the price. Highly recommend them they help me to sleep almost every night.

Good sleep aid when you absolutely need a good night's sleep
Half the recommended dosage and works fine for me. Tend to leave you drowsy the next day if you take full dosage

Inaccurate photo, this is a blue cap item.
Amazon website photo shows a white cap and I received a BLUE CAP which is does not work and its poor quality. This is a trap, inaccurate photo, and this is a non-returnable item, huh... Stay away, until the seller updated the photos.

Yes you'll sleep but they tend to wear off. I need two now. Not sure how healthy it is.
