These are very useful for making hummus, as they do not have the peels they blend extremely well making a very smooth consistency

Makes the smoothest hummus on the planet!
No skins to remove, no lumpy hummus. Brilliant! Using the aquafaba too as a replacement for eggs in baking all my treats. Delicious. Will buy again, tho with this size bag I’m unlikely to run out too soon. Well worth it to be making my own (now famous in my friend groups) hummus again. The aquafaba is a welcome benefit.
