First let me say that the product seems to be very sturdy well-made but. There seems to be a developer design for when it comes to the component that you insert the n2o cartridges into. As you can see from the pictures it takes a great amount of strength depending on the cartridge that you're using you have to make sure that the threads are lined up properly and everything is exactly straight or you will spend a lot of energy and strength trying to get one canister to fill this product. I've had better success using different types of n2o canisters but the result comes down to the same that is not just a quick and easy use it as you can see the calluses and blisters on my hands from trying to use this product

I love the all stainless steel and brushed finish look. It is heavy duty and will last a long time. I’m happy to not have to deal with another brand while this guys out there. Now if they could just make a brûlée torch that was as efficient!

I love this little gadget! I use some nitro cartridges and make myself come Nitro Cold Brew coffee every morning. Beats going to starbucks.

I purchased this for a friend that owns a coffee / pie shop. She loved it! I didn't personally use it but she sure did like it

The metal part that punctures the No2 cartridge, got too dull after only 6 cartridges. It worked fine until then, but a product should not wear out that quickly.
